Where to begin. After a crazy day my colleagues and I decided to try Madison’s for dinner. We were created by Rebecca who would end up being our waitress. There was only one other person in the place when we got there so we were a little worried as to why that would be. I guess being a Tuesday afternoon had more to do with it than anything. Haha. I ordered the ribeye with Mac and cheese and man was it delicious. The whole atmosphere is very laid back and very chill. If you decide to give it a try, make sure Rebecca is your waitress. She was awesome. Not only was she attentive, she is extremely funny and Madison definitely benefits from her working there. She needs a raise!!!!!!
The food was cold the nachos looked old the cheese stuck on the nachos like they seat under one of those heat plates. The wings were hard and salty. The Tea was color water no sweet tea. And the waitress never came back to serve us no refill on drinks everything you buy separate no meals. And they put your tips on the receipt without letting you know.. And if you not paying attention you would've paid an tip twice. So I'll not be going their anytime soon. My grandkids didn't eat any of the nachos. Don't waste your money it not worth it.
Our server Rachel was wonderful and was very attentive and sweet. I would have given 5 star's but the food was horrible had to send my fajita nachos back not once but twice an they were still cold an not etible. So we went an sat at the bar for a few minutes, while sitting there we observed the kitchen staff on their phone's clear as day. They really need to step up their game with the food everything else was nice. I highly recommend Rachel as a great server.
It was a Wednesday and wasn't much going on. Kitchen had already closed and my 19 year old was with me. We didn't realize it was 21 and up only after 9 or we wouldn't have gone. The bartender was super sweet though and apologized multiple times even though we told her it was fine... really... There are rules for a reason. Will def go back during the day and hopefully we'll have the same bartender!
Food was in good portions, service was standard, nothing extraordinary. I like the touch tunes jukebox, most places don't let you play your own music, I find this to be a pleasant feature to add to the experience. Customer service was above par, attentive and straight forward. Though I did come on a less busy day, it looks as though they have a good working system between the staff, they all seem very friendly. Location is a bit of a maze but easy to spot. I would come back again, decent place to grab a bite to eat with a pleasant environment.
Brunch with a friend! I'm picky on eggs, but these eggs are legit. Lol. Nice staff. Love the chive tv at every booth. & Roomy booths, at that. Cool place at 11:00am. Maybe I'll see the night life one day.
Pretty cool place with games, live music, dueling piano shows, and really good food!
Place was amazing..food was out of this world with service making the experience one of a kind.
I work with the band Smokey Romance, we played there New Year's Eve. Awesome staff, amazing awesome food. I do want to mention our waitress Rebecca, she was totally awesome, she was very attentive to us thru out the night, we NEVER had to go find her or wave her down( for lack of better words). Next time we play there , I hope she is our waitress again. I hope she gets some recognition, she deserves it
Madison's is always my go-to place especially if I'm not sure what type of food I want. Madisons has such a wide variety menu and I can always find something that I want and know it will be delicious. Kudos to you, Frankie, and your staff.
