Unacceptable service. I asked for a Jameson and coke instead of the jack and coke and they sent the manager out. He was very hostile and said “who let me do that before.” I’m confused on why he thought I was asking for a deal or discount, I just wanted to the drink my usual drink. Not sure if it was a race thing or not being the only people of color eating here DAILY didn’t make me uncomfortable until he came over loud and irritate regarding my drink of choice. So rather he is the manager or not, definitely not an acceptable response to someone wanting a different drink then what’s on the menu. Embarrassing experience will not be back.
We were craving a good streak in the area and decided on Longhorn. Jamil was an amazing server! Very attentive and answered all of our questions. We started off with the stuffed mushrooms which are mouth watering delicious. Of course I got my perfectly cooked filet and Chris got a ribeye cooked a perfect medium rare! We will for sure be back!
The server seemed distracted. He brought out 2 starters that we didn't order and took them back in the middle of taking our order. The meal was so, so. Sides were good. Steaks were either over cooked or lacking in seasoning and flavoring. One person in our party described his T-bone as tasting like they took it strait from the freezer to the grill. My medium steak came well done. Server stated that the sangria was made from scratch in-house, but it didn't taste that way. Overly sweet...like kool-aid. Several steaks were out of stock. Not worth the $300 bill at the end.
Very enjoyable restaurant...good service...good food & a lot of it! Complimentary bread (with butter) and plenty of Western decor to help set the ambiance! I even commented to my wife that I enjoyed that they played a variety of music instead of one genre. Overall good place to eat & a little cheaper than some other Steakhouses :)
Awesome food. Went with family to celebrate nephew's birthday. Service was great. They really took care of us. Even after Bro in law knocks salad all over the server. Great place to eat.
The food is top notch! Ask for David! He made our experience none like any other. He was not a big talker (which my husband liked, I am a big talker lol), but our drinks NEVER ran low, food was piping hot and bread was brought out before it was gone. He was on point in every way. The kitchen staff is ?Pablo our Sous chef made our steaks perfectly! The rest of the food was just amazing as well! If you like mushrooms, try their stuffed mushrooms and you will want that as an entree!!! Chasity the host was friendly, attentive and ran around the restaurant assisting the servers and seating people promptly. We even tipped her, she was so sweet!
My wife and I opted for lunch here the other day and we weren't disappointed! The bread they bring to your table to start was hot and fresh. We ordered the brisket queso and chips which was very good!! I also had a cup of their Potato Soup and it was really good. My wife ordered the Parmesan Chicken with Broccoli and Mac and cheese. I ordered The Outlaw, a 20 ounce Ribeye cooked medium rare with a side salad and loaded baked potato. Our waitress Adrian was really great and made sure our orders came out at the right time and not stacked on top of each other. The side salads really hit the spot, they were chilled and it was all fresh ingredients. My wife's Parmesan Chicken was really good and the broccoli and Mac and cheese were great! My steak was cooked to perfection!! The baked potato was really good too! Adrian was always there to refill our tea glasses and take away any unused dishes. She was very outgoing and friendly, so if you go ask for her! We'll be going back!
Fantastic service! Food was delicious. We really enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms. The margarita was the best I've had in a while. Highly recommend Longhorn.
The chicken fried steak is always good. My husband's salmon was delicious (and I don't even like salmon!) Service was exceptional -like they were an old friend who was glad to see you. Great experience!
Visited on Saturday January 15,2022. Jamil was our server and did an excellent job. Never had an empty glass or waited on anything. The two 20oz bone in ribeye's were cooked perfectly and the sides were excellent. If you haven't been to this location, you're missing out on great food and service.
