We got our food except one child's plate waited almost 10 minutes for it. Of course we weren't going to eat in front of her so we waiting and our food got cold. Food was good. But we didn't get any refills, couldn't even ask because our waitress was talking to someone she knew then was running around chasing kids around the restaurant.
I am used to TX Roadhouse. On Tuesday TX Roadhouse was much busier than Logans tonight. (Saturday night 6:30 pm) That was the first clue. We ordered 2- 6 Oz sirloins to go. The salad was better than Chili's not as good as Roadhouse. There were no rolls which is a deal breaker if you want me to come back. The steak was good. I will drive the extra 20 miles to Roadhouse. They don't try to nickel and dime you to death and their meal is just a better value. Bigger salad with mire ingredients rolls, butter Xtra dressing all n/c.
Food and the service was really good. We did miss throwing the peanuts on the floor tho.. We will definitely be coming back soon!
We went last night 2-26-22. Our waitress was very friendly. The people that came in after us recieved their food before we did. We waited what seemed like eternity for bread, and drinks. We waited a hour for food. One of the steaks was mostly fat. I was not impressed. We won't be going back.

I ordered 2 well done steaks. They were cooked but it was tough. More fat then meat. Everything was good. I really wanted a steak
We just left there a couple of hours ago our server I can’t remember his name he was so nice and sweet he was very attentive but I’m not from here and out of all the restaurants we saw I wanted to give them a chance because I’m comfortable with Logan‘s. So we ( 2 of my daughters and I all) had the half rack of ribs with with two sides. And 1 of my daughters had the bayou burger she loved her food she didn’t complain about anything. I had double loaded mashed potatoes the cheese didn’t melt at all the ribs were cold and I complained to the waitress and he apologized about it the potatoes taste like box they don’t taste homemade like they used to taste or like they taste in my home state. But if I’m going to rate the service the waitress he was excellent I would give them a five the restaurant was clean I would give it a five but the bread that came out it wasn’t warm the butter never melted when we put it inside the bread and the food was lukewarm it could’ve been better for the kind of money I spent in there I expected better food quality.
My husband and I each had a menu and they had different pricing. The service was very poor... My husband got the ribs hos food was great. I had a ribeye that was supposed to be medium... see attached picture. Not impressed won't be back.
Food was mediocre at best. Our server was the worst. Drink were left empty throughout most of our meal. Our waitress was sitting in a booth playing on her phone while we were left with empty glasses and waiting on salads and rolls that never came. The bus boy was the most attentive person in the restaurant.
Not the friendliest place and the food is mediocre. When me and my 2 sons walked in, 5 employees walked by us and looked at us and didn’t say anything. 5 minutes after standing there when I was about to walk out the door, someone comes, after finishing whatever she was doing, and seats us. We still had to wait a minute for someone to come clean the table. Food is okay… this would not be a first choice for sure.
