Friendly staff, hot fresh pizza at a great price!
It should not take over two hours to get a hot n ready. I've been told there would be a wait at plenty locations never more then 45min till now. This location use to be on point but over two hours is ridiculous.
I have gotten pizza here many times, but today I experienced something that is all to common these days. My order, of a single cheese pizza, was 40 minutes late. The two poor employees there were exhausted and overwhelmed and trying their best, but could not keep up with demand. I blame management. I could see in their faces and their eyes and the way they said "we're short staffed today" that they do not work somewhere they like to work at. Whomever runs this place has made an environment that is not worth working at or else the employees would show up and be wanting to cover when someone is out. If those in charge cannot make this a better place of employment, they should up their wages to compensate. If this wasn't a one time issue, they will lose more workers. As I waited and waited here, I met several people who will not return. For everyone's sake, I hope it was only a one time problem, but for this one sad day of business, here is a one poor rating.
There ok, kinda unprofessional very slow and never answer the phone. Called while going up there no answer. Got there called while ordering my food and they never answered even with no customers and 7 people working
Usually good and smooth, but tonight was backed up and took over an hour to get my pizza.
I waited over thirty minutes for two pizza’s and then they mess up. Have to wait again. Second time it happened. Won’t be going back.?
I ordered 2 pizzas at 4:52 pm. got an email saying they were ready and in the portal at 5:18 pm. my husband gets there about 5:45 and they say that it's not ready. I forwarded my husband the receipt email and the one that says it is loaded in the portal. it is now 6:26 and they still don't have it ready. I wouldn't doubt it they gave our pizzas to someone else. this is very unprofessional. normally I would recommend them but they don't seem to care that they screwed up.

Bought pizza for the grandkids. It was ready when I got there. The kids enjoyed it.
I wasn’t happy with the fact that I stood there for over 5mins before anybody said anything to me and there were about 7 employees there! The cashier didn’t ask to take my order. He just stood there with a stupid look on his face! Was told it would take 15mins for the pizza! After all the ppl after me got there pizza I asked about mine, for the pizza to had already been ready but name wasn’t called!
