This restaurant had a rocky, at best, start. Now, it is fantastic!! The food is wonderful! The service is even better than that! We eat here every Friday night. The manager Pedro is great and regularly stops by the table to make sure everything is good. The food is excellent. Whatever you do, always ask for Hector to be your waiter. He is the best there is!!
The wait was not too bad for a party of 16. We were seated, given chips and salsa. The waiter immediately started taking our order. The food was brought out quickly and the drinks stayed refilled. The only issue, and not a big one, it took 30 minutes after we were finished to get our ticket. My wife ended up going to find the waiter to tell him we needed the tickets. Overall, excellent food, quick seating and service.
It's been an interval of 2 years since I've last went there. The food was great.A week ago, I went into the restaurant and sat down with some friends. I'll only talk about my part of the experience.First, the salsa. The chips were nice and were tasty by itself. The salsa was nicely made and warm, being extremely tasty with the chips. No salt or pepper is needed to be added, but the black pepper adds a better kick to the already-amazing salsa.Next, onto the main meal. I had "Carne Asada" as a combo. For the price, it is highly worth it. The beef and chicken breast was laid on a hot plate with onions and cheese on top. The cheese was nice and stretchy, which added a better feel to it. The beef was perfectly seasoned, and the chicken was flattened to the perfect degree while being completely juicy. Along with that came a plate of iceberg lettuce, beans, guacamole, sour cream, and rice. I got to choose what type of tortilla that I wanted, and I chose flour. The flour tortilla came out extremely warm and amazing with a good quantity too.Finally, the service. The waiters there were great and nice. They always noticed when my water was low, or when my salsa and chips were about to run out. Jorge, my server, was incredibly attentive to his tables and us. He made the experience pleasant.
Service was horrible. Took 20 minutes to be waited on. Then when we ordered out drinks we didn't see him for 15 minutes and only came back with 1 drink. So we had to wait till he came back which did not happen for a while. So we asked another waiter if he would get the other drink. When we finally got our food it was absolutely amazing. Food wise it was one of the top 5 for me..
Absolutely the best place I've eaten at in a very long time!! The service was amazing, and the food was delicious!! The waiters we're all very well mannered and I had the very best time!!
Ordered from the lunch menu and the kids menu.Restaurant was clean and staff was fast. Wasn't busy on a Wednesday afternoon.I had the 2 chicken enchilada plate, which was served with refried beans, rice, and a small tortilla bowl of queso cheese. The chicken was good, not over cooked and dry, and the Spanish rice and beans were wonderful. The enchilada sauce was good, not spicy.The burger and fries were standard fare and my son said they're very good. The buns in particular looked very good and he devoured his fries.The chips served before the meals were very good and the green sauce was delicious. The red salsa was typical for a Mexican restaurant, not too spicy.Overall, I look forward to coming back and getting something off their full menu, the shrimp items sounded very good ?.Highly recommended ?
The food was delicious. I've ordered from here with Waitr many times before, but eating the food freshly cooked is way better. The food is excellent and the staff was amazing. I will definitely be back.
Best Margaritas, fantastic table side guacamole, Polo Loco is a dish you cannot find anywhere else. Wish they would open a restaurant in Oklahoma.
Great food and drinks quick service
My friend went here for her son's birthday. When she was being seated the waiter comments how she would not fit in a booth in spainish....only he did not realize she speaks Spanish and understood......there was no need to be ugly in a different language you never know who understands what languages!!! She spoke to manager all in all she was brushed off without much of an apology at least
