food hot an ready sadly they ran out of strawberry lemonade. I take that as best drink at this spot. but the were friendly. extra crispy was so worth going to. thanks for the service.
The food I received was good, their customer service here is pleasant, and the dining hall was clean and tidy.Oh how I missed KFC fries…-Update:Ordered two famous bowls and they seemed to be lacking on chicken/cheese ):
Of the two KFC restaurants in Beaumont, Texas this Eastex location has the better quality. That being said, the waiting time is quite long. It's location makes it easily accessible from the highway, but for a quick bite while on the road this location would not be a good choice. If, however, you have the time and patience (as I have had) you will have a very good quality meal.
Clean. The manager was very polite. The new KFC sandwiches are good and made to order.
I ordered a two piece dark, crispy meal. I got a three piece original big box.
I would give zero or negative stars if possible. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They were out of chicken. I was told it would be 10 minutes for more to be ready. I agreed to wait. I didn't receive my order until more than 45 minutes later. No apologies given at all. We definitely will not be back to this location.
First time I went there at 9:00 pm. ( They close at 10:00 pm )They were out of Chicken, it was frozen.Week later went back ( 8:00 pm ) & got two orders. Got home ( 10 minutes)and the bottom of both boxes were soggy. The chicken was dripping with grease. Will NOT be going back.
I ordered the chocken bowels for me and my husband and they were the worst ive ever had. The bites of chicken were hard i had to throw most of mine away. We asked for salt and peper and still left with out any. Just a bad experience all the way around
Stopped by kfc tonight to grab some dinner since we would be getting home late family took a shower when we got home went to go eat and this is what we found a big bucket of whatever it is this is super disappointing have ate kfc my entire life always the best chicken I never leave reviews bad or good but this right here is completely unacceptable will be reaching out to corporate office you do not serve this to customers that are paying. WILL NEVER GO BACK!
Good food. Good prices. They have 1 meal in particular that I get and it fills me up. I get the#16 combo which contains one chicken breast, mashed potatoes, biscuit, drink and a cookie.
