I have been to many different Jack in the Box restaurants and this one is still my favorite. The food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes I have too wait a bit, but it’s so worth the wait. I would rather have a short wait for fresh food then fast cold food. I wish I had this Jack in the Box closet to my house. I added a picture of my ultimate cheeseburger that was awesome. The bun was soft and fresh. I will definitely be back.

We have done came here a couple times and didn’t know if anyone was working or not at normal business hours. Sat in drive tho for awhile one time we sat for about 10 minutes for someone to come on and say computer was done other times we drive up the doors are locked and don’t see any moment inside. Won’t waste my time going back here again.

They need to get a whole new crew and manager bc no one works here, service is always horrible and takes forever.

Make sure you call ahead and order cause you’ll be in the parking lot waiting at least 20 minutes for 6 tacos

I'm so upset with this food from here this fish is re dropped and these fries are olddddd and burt OMG did they come out the trash OMG this is so bad I'm going to take a picture of this food and post this on the internet I've called back your manager was no where to be found the drive thu lady pocket my money so I have no receipt im never going there again!!!!

Nobody was in the drive through or inside. We sat there a few minutes just to place our order. When we pulled on to the window the lady with the freckles was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge us until she was finished typing her message. Extremely poor customer service.

A big sign in their window advertised a Sourdough Patty Melt (see picture). I went through the drive though and said I wanted the Sourdough Patty Melt combo. She responded "you want the number 3?" I said 'no, the Sourdough Patty Melt special.' The #3 showed up on the order screen with its standard price. I said "that's not the special," to which she said "we don't have a Sourdough Patty Melt special.' I said 'the big sign in your window says you do.' And she said "I can't help you with that." So, I left. This is a Jack in the Box that I drive past every day. And all the remaining volume of times I would have stopped here and done business at this location are gone. Imagine the hundreds of dollars this store will not get simply because one worker could not simply sell me the advertised special posted in their window.

Rude night shift, we attempted to order & they were out of 2 different drinks, when we asked what they had it was as if we came to her house & was begging for money! Can someone please advise these workers that THEY APPLIED for this job & I'm certain they were given a job description. THEY CHOOSE to clock in everyday & without us there wouldn't be a need for them. They are in dire need of a course in customer service.

Got a Sourdough Jack that was burnt to a crisp.I took one bite and had to throw the rest away.I don't ask for much, I don't complain about service but I paid for food I can't eat. That's not acceptable.

This is the worse Jack in the box...how do they stay open? Always short you on food...ring up crazy orders... sometimes you get service..sometimes you don't... definitely need to drug test employees.
