HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ?DONT EVER EAT THERE !! They never took my order after I sat and waited ... I pulled around and the employee was very rude and they were inside eating with drinks all on the counter playing on their phone ... HORRIBLE
O tried their tacos after many years, not as tasty as I remember, hardly any filling at all
⚠️1st time & BAD EXPERIENCE! From AL and we've seen so many locations & decided to try it. Pulled up and it looked closed. Ordered the stack burger combo, 4pc chicken strip combo, & sour dough grilled chicken combo. Why did they warm my whole sour dough sandwich. The bread was hard. I didn't have any lettuce and my tomatoes were steaming hot from being warmed in microwave And it wasn't even a full chicken breast. Such a bad experience. I've called 3 times to notify the manager but no answer and the voicemail was full. I would like my money back.

sitting here now at 3:53 a.m. and no one will answer the drive-thru. I have been in the drive-thru for 10 minutes and I'm the only person here. I have not pulled around front and can see someone moving around in there but they will not answer the drive-thru. The funny thing is this is not the first time this has happened to me here. It seems like management has no idea what goes on in this store.
The wait was Ridiculous! But the poor guy working was By Himself working EVERY THING the drive thru, taking orders, cooking the food and getting it out!!! It was Hot, Fresh and Delicious!!! He most definitely Needs a Raise!
Rude people and when I asked for fresh food because my food was cold the day before he had a big attitude never will I visit again
As usual the fries were cold right out the window. Hate that! Fries should be piping hot to the touch upon delivering out the window. By the time u get ur hand in the bag after exiting drive-thru they are the perfect temp. Very rarely do I get hot ? fries!?
Asked Drive Thru for two tacos made like they look in pix. Got Same-O Same-O: hardly no lettuce + one there was rotten lettuce on it!Small bacon cheeseburger mediocre: no mustard.I used to like coming here to eat. Always tipped.I've been 'Dissed.'
Food was hot and delicious. Really good egg rolls too.
