This is my second go-to for food. I love the ultimate bacon cheeseburger here. I am screaming in my head because I am hungry now but it's 7:10 a.m. and I can't have the UBC. So I will probably have raisin brand. Ya'll stay safe and enjoy the day.?
Food was OK but tasted like the grease was old. Drive thru was very slow and it seemed like the staff just didn't care. Was asked to pull around to wait for my order even though I was the only person in the drive thru.
I've had a few problems at this location. The night crew likes to act like they aren't open and sometimes ignores when people pull up to the voice box. Then, recently, I handed the cashier a 20 dollar bill and he handed me back $4.18 on a $5 order. I guess he thought I gave him a 10. When I told him I gave him a 20, he told me he'd remember me if he came up short $10. Um, excuse me? It ain't my fault he short changed me. They should be more aware of what people hand them and not be making threats at customers when they're in the wrong. I will NOT be returning here anymore. The food is good though.
This place is terrible. Acting like they closed when they not. Workers not wanting work. Smh.Food had hair in it. Was cold. Just all around atrocious
I use to love this jack in the box but the time on the orders is getting ridiculous. I have a 30 mon lunch and was there ordering by 12:08. Did not recieve my food until 12:26

The drive thru moved quickly.. staff was short on supplies but very apologetic, hardworking and kind...as a matter if fact . Best chicken tenders from drive through...possibly ever...flavorful and juicey.
Don't go to the jet Jack in the Box on I-10 between Gulf and Concord, they're always out of everything... Even though their supplied truck came in the day before.

Store 4776 was on fire when I came through. The gentleman in there were very respectful and the food presentation was amazing!!! I gotta give it to them thank you guys????
