The Jack in the Box on 11th Street was bad. I had ordered a number 4 and egg rolls. He didn't tell me how much was it. Went to the window. The price was 14 dollars and some change. I told the man to take the egg rolls off. He did. So my bill was 8 dollars and some change. I guess anyway. When I got to work. Looked in the big bag. There was no fries and they gave me the wrong burger. I couldn't go back to the restaurant. I work the midnight shift. But I won't be back again. Service was bad.
I go through the drive thru and the ppl is very rude. It takes forever for you to get your food.
Food was good, good taste. Warm though. Fast window service
The two for $6 breakfast sandwiches was small and not very much inside. The employees was not professional. They didn't portray to be interested in my business. I was given cheap service, because I just brought two sandwiches only.
The guy working the drive thru tonight is very rude and unprofessional. We waited at the menu for about 15 minutes and when I said hello he was very rude and just said hang on. They wasn't all that busy. We had 2 cars ahead of us. And by time we got to the window and paid and still took them a bit to hand us our food. The food is cold. We didn't even get to get what we wanted. With service like this idont see us going back to this one until they can get better people or train the ones now how to be more professional.
I don't know what Is going on my burgers are fine but my French fries or my curly fries are always lukewarm even my tacos are OK they're not soggy there may just right

Once again this place is offered up a fantastic double pizza for me and my mother and we can't offer up enough glowing reviews fantastic people make fantastic pizzas
