Tried to buy food at the Jack in the Box at the area of major drive and hwy 105 in Beaumont tx. Absolutely NO SERVICE. Stood in line behind a couple who were there in line for a while. When it was our turn, we approached the counter, the employee immediately turned and walked away. I was watching the time, and for slight over 5 minutes, there was zero communication or even acknowledgement that we were at the counter. No cars in the drive thru, 1 person sitting and eating inside, and the couple who ordered before us, waiting for their food. Not busy at all. We left and will not be back.
The drive through was how I found out I needed to order inside...This place use to be great but now it trash.....sorry, not sorry
Out of egg rolls so went with the tacos. A little too dry for my taste, but does the trick for cheap.
Yeah I needed 16 tacos and they said let me see if we have 16 yeah we have exactly 16 can you make sure there fresh please yes ma'am but they weren't
Drivetrue is so long that it makes u late on all to go orders if the lobby is closed
Worst place ever! I came to pick up my order they already having problem with customer in front of me.. I live around this area and stop here 4 time and all 4 time was some kinda problem ..
Says open 24 hours. Came at 2215 on Sunday night, all lights on, no one there.
We stop here quite often. It's convenient on our way home from Beaumont. We usually get ultimate bacon cheeseburger meals and a box of chicken nuggets for the dog if he's with us. Unlike some other fast food restaurants in the vicinity, they've never messed up an order and everything's hot and fresh. The food is great and a good value in my opinion and the drive-thru employees are always really nice.
Very courteous ..it,was midnight and,we,were,served very quickly even tho there was a long line
We showed up with a bus load of hungry high schoolers at 7 pm on Saturday night. The lady at the counter took our individual orders with smiles. Waved as we left. Great job to whole crew for getting us food as soon as you could!! We appreciate you!
