3 people in the whole place and slow service. Food was OK. I asked for a Jack Daniel's and she brought Johnny Walker, but was very pleasant and replaced it with JD. I had to find waitress to checkout.
Pizza and the scene at this location is great. Service is consistently great. Prices that won't shock you. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.
Well let's just say we had a bad pizza experience tonight. Ordered a Classic Margarita Pizza. They failed to let us know when ordering they were out of some the ingredients. But sure take out money anyway. On top of that all our food was delivered cold. Cold hot wings, cold cheesy bread and cold pizza. Told by the store when called to correct, pretty much nothing they would do. So we called for a manager, in process of getting a full refund, after I had to make another call.

We ordered using waiter. their service was awesome. Pizza not so great. It was cold, meat lovers had very little neat and the Margarita pizza was horrible. Will not orser from here again.
Great pizza the service on the other hand is well, in my eyes unacceptable. At 10:00 am placed an order to be delivered at 11:30 through Waitr called Itza to confirm well...it was after 12 when I received. I had a room full of hangry workers!!
pizza and the scene here is better than most. Came here on a Saturday. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again.
