Service has been hit and miss. My first time here was a disaster. Our food took forty five minutes from the time we ordered. When the food came out half was cold and the other half was wrong. They were not very busy at all. The waitress had a terrible attitude the whole time. Today I was craving blueberry pancakes. I decided to give them another shot. Overall today was a good experience. The only complaint I could have had was slightly undercooked eggs but I'm not that picky. Everything else was perfect and service was great.
Me and my wife wanted to give them a chance tonight but everything was so terrible from the front door to the service!!! I have never been so disappointed in an establishment!!! We was waiting on our food for almost 30 minutes and it never came out so we just decided to get up and leave!!! When we asked our server what took so long with our food she said that they were in the middle of shift change!!! THAT IS NO EXCUSE FOR FOOD TO TAKE THAT LONG TO COME OUT!!! We will not be returning to this establishment at all!!! Terrible terrible terrible!!!
Absolutely terrible service! I was sat at about 10:50 and within 3 hours we had gotten two refills and absolutely no food at all. Today was supposed to be a fun day because of prom but turned out to be ruined because of the terrible service that we received at this establishment. We will never and I repeat never be coming here ever again. If I would’ve known that we would not be served food or even asked what our order was at all I would’ve chosen somewhere completely different to eat at. The fact that we were only given drinks and one refill a HOUR after getting our first drink is completely UNACCEPTABLE. If you were thinking of eating here I would much advise you otherwise, because of the fact that there is no one here who takes their job seriously. Again never and I repeat NEVER will I be returning and you should never eat here until they can learn to serve customers and put the customers first.
The manager did not care that my cousin had a gluten allergy. She was very unprofessional. We will never go here again. The waitress however was wonderful, she was very sweet and did her job amazingly. The manager could care less about our situation. We almost had to call an ambulance because she was puking up blood. The manager did not apologize. Horrible experience. She is not good for your company.
I used to love IHOP, but the customer service has declined and is terrible now! When I want something from there, I think about my last experience and change my mind about visiting. Improve customer service and I'll come back. It's full of people who don't care about being fired, because they don't care. They're so rude and dismissive!
Staff was so kind and attentive to us and others. Our food was tasty but scrambled egg portions were small on my adult breakfast plus my granddaughters child plate. Pancakes were large and fluffy with good flavor and our bacon was cooked welland portion was good. Childs Jr Cupcake flavor syrup was so good with lots of whip cream too on her large pancake. Hot Chocolate was tasty and had fresh whipped cream piled high and plenty of rainbow sprinkles. Coffee as hot, flavorful and plenty.
I was so excited to try their gluten-free pancakes, and they did not disappoint. Our server, Tina, was attentive. I only took off a star because the floors and booster seat were sticky.
Bathrooms were FILTHY...no toilet paper in dispensers. Larger toiler stsll was clogged with paper and yuk in toilet. Small roll of toilet paper on dirty floor next to toilet in smaller stall. Garbage cans overflowing with paper. Food was alot less than what is usually in the breakfast bowls. Host was rude with waitress and others. Usually very good experience at this location. NOT TODAY. Really disappointed.
It has gone downhill big time. Our waiter never brought refills and was more worried about playing around. And half the food was burnt.
Waited 20 minutes after being seated and nobody wanted to take our order or bring us drinks or anything. And this is like 330 pm on Tuesday , its not busy. Waitresses are they and cleaning/taking orders around so it's not like they don't have staff. One of the waitress asked 'oh have u not been helped?' on my way out. Obviously not
