Waited for over an hour to get breakfast order, other people who came after us got their order pretty quickly for some obvious reasons! and I had to ask multiple times about our order which was horrible experience especially while having little kids that were waiting eagerly for the food. After being intentionally ignored multiple times we decided to leave. Plus the place smells like drainage or sewage. One of the worst IHOP location I’ve been to. AVOID
Ordered the country fried steak with pancakes and scrambled eggs. I picked up the eggs to cut up for my daughter and found a daddy long legs.. I’m only rating a 2 star because the pancakes are good and we’re packaged separately. Also, I’m not sure if this location has control over what reviews are posted, or if it’s DoorDashes responsibility, but they did not post my review with this concern.
Service from our server, Michael, was lacking. He seemed distracted when at our table. Took the drinks, then order and disappeared for quite a while. I could see our food sitting on the counter. The cooks started asking whose order was this that was sitting and taking up space. They were told it was Michael's. He was nowhere to be found. The manager was shouting looking for him. Nothing. Finally another server brought the food to the table. Food was good. Found a hair in the French toast but dealt with it. Overall food was fine. Still no Michael. Manager got us refills and another server brought syrup. He finally came from wherever but didn't come to our table. He was clearing tables. I got his attention to get a missing plate. That was it. He brought our ticket and started to clear our table. So food good server not so good.
College street location . 1 server. I understand everyone is short handed. But do not stand waiting on orders cooking and not wait on others. After 20 min of freezing inside with only getting coffee never getting to order we left.
I Hop, Beaumont, TX. Old and dingy. Table areas are clean, but food area where wait staff pick up the food was dirty looking. Short staffing was a big problem. Had to ask for silverware so we could stir our coffee. Then, had to ask for napkins. Was told she had to go upstairs to get some..what was that about? The food was hot and good. But we won't be back to this I hop.
I give the waitress that attended us and the cook a 5⭐️ rating. Management needs to hire more people, because our poor waitress had to attend to all the tables by herself. The cook was doing all he could in there, and the was food delicious too.
Excellent service..had the usual breakfast omellete and pancakes and it was well done no mistakes and the waitresses were great too, served me everything I asked for. There was plenty of parking and there were plenty of tables.. no wait time whatsoever but then again it was in the evening. Anyway, eat here and explode!! ? jk...no I really mean it explode!
Had a great time there with the waitress who helped us. I wish I remembered her name. Food was delicious, hot and priced great. Great breakfast place.
Lady behind on the kitchen making the food is being a b word to everyone including her employees that are asking for help. And on top of that coughing in the back with no mask on. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her. Every word out of her mouth has been hostile and unprovoked. Never will I eat her. Not because the food isn't good. But because of how that lady treated her workers
It was pleasent at first, I had told the front desk people that I was waiting for my party to show up an if it's cool to wait for them then wile waiting a staff member told me they were closing an I was sopossed to leave i missed my party an my ride to get out of Beaumont now looks like I have to walk all the way to Houston since a place like that don't need anyone waiting for help along the way
