The cashier's where very friendly and had great attitudes the food was fresh . The only thing that concern me was that after i sat down eating on 2 different occasion i seen two of the cooks (gentlemen cooks )go into the restrooms with their aprons on and when they came out they went back into the kitchen did not see them wash their hands or change their aprons.
Went through drive thru window for the buffet to go. All I wanted was two piece and 1 side off the all you can eat. They said it was buffet inside only. I explained I was mobility handicapped with great difficulty walking. They said NO with no compassion at all. Never ever will I go there again if you can’t make exceptions for the disabled. I even pulled up to the window and showed them my walking device aide but it meant nothing to them
Very good food at reasonable prices. I love the buffet! The employees definitely take pride in their restaurant. They are very friendly and keep the buffet and dining area very clean.
I got the 3 piece and a side and I also ordered a small fried gizzard. The fried gizzards was so good, wished I had just ordered those. Service was good. Went thru drive thru and peeked inside and the place looked very clean. Will go back.
I just don't understand what all the hype is about, the chicken was pieces I received were way smaller than a drummet, really not worth price I paid, I won't knock the flavor, but for the size and price, I could have saved my money and fried my own chicken.
The food was cold the okra was over cooked. And the girl working drive thru don't listen very good. We asked for an leg and thigh and 2 okra & water. She repeated the order and still did it wrong. Want be going their anymore
Not to shabby. But I got the wings and some of them wasn't cooked thoroughly. Taste great not going to lie. I just can't eat chicken that's not cooked all the way
I’ve been going to this Establishment for years. And to have my son sit in the drive thru for awhile only to drive up to the Speaker for them to Say SORRY WE CLOSE!!! I then called to ask what happened someone picked up the ph didn’t say anything. Then hang up!!! I called back someone sent it to a fax machine!!! I love y’all food but y’all won’t be getting my Change anymore! Common Courtesy is what counts to me.
I used to love Hartz 11 years ago when I lived in BMT. Now, the mother is so darn rude! Everytime me and my children visit the facility there's an issue with her. My daughter was served hotwings and they were bloody so I returned with the hotwings to get a refund and the mother had an issue. The daughter simple gave us a refund. Went a few days later for strips and the mother again started with the attitude before we could even get in the door completely. They need new management or to get rid of her. You'll never keep business with that behavior ?
