I usually go to the Dunkin’s on Phelan and they always do a great job. At this location I’ve gone twice and both times have been horrible. The first time all I ordered was a piece Of avocado toast and some bacon. Myself along with 8 other people waited for about 30 mins and kept getting the wrong food. The second time I went I paid for a piece of avocado toast and then they told me they were out of avocado. So I said ok I’ll take a bagel. They didn’t have bagels either. I went to Phelan instead and got my toast.The guy that works here is super nice but the staff is unorganized and customer service is awful .
The food was bland, the prices were high. Wasn't happy.
Regular coffee and donuts are great, but holiday blend is not as advertised.
Most times it's pretty good. Last time I went inside, they forgot to make my order. Someone finally asked what I was waiting for.
I got coffee which is always delicious at Dunkins and a coffee roll. The roll wasnt very fresh but it was 130 pm. The staff was very friendly.
Thank you to the staff this morning for the extra breakfast sandwich for later. Our lights are off do to the server weather yesterday and I have no way of cooking. I really appreciate it.
