I work at a pharmacy on Phelan and have for the better part of a year and a half have ordered sandwhiches with an occational pizza. During the day (lunch to around 2 or 3) you could not ask for a better product, the stuff commercials are made of!! Recently (past 3 months) I have been working later and got together with my staff decided to order pizza for a meal (a spinach & feta cheese pizza), when it arrived, it looked as though it was hung up and shaken like a damp bath towel with all the ingredients on one side of the pizza. A short time afterward we thought it would be safe to order a simple large, thin crust cheese pizza. That arrive over cooked, with more brown spots than non-brown spots on it. Threw it away as I don't like to complain- I just won't go back usually. Stopped ordering pizzas after lunch time. This past week I ordered a Chicken, beacon ranch sandwich. I received a call from the driver who had taken off down Phelan to the opposite side of town to one of our other locations stating that he had arrived & wanted to know where I was....!!?? The sandwich was cold & 50 minutes later the replacement arrived. Enough is enough, they can keep my 2 free medium pizzas. Cici's does a better job!!
I was cheated out of my free pizza with My 2 mins car side delivery...they cut it off like it was delivered and sent someone outside to tell me it would be another 8-10 mins..completely cheated me...and I couldn't get it....when I asked the rep about it she was like.. "idk if it say it do it read it idk".."idk nithing about that" rudely might I add...like I was wrong I had to let her knowi wasn't trying to get talked to rudely n calm the situation cs it was about to get ugly bc i was already upset from what js happened...I just asked a question do I qualify for the free pizza since you cut it off like it was delivered.n it sux cs I love this place but the service was not good tonight plus I won't ever do delivery again my last delivery was sent to the wrong house and never replaced been having a case ID for someone to contact me since February 25 2022..Domino's Customer CASE ID: 5607414
I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, this does not look like the extra cheese amount I had gotten on the past two orders. I feel like they kept trying to give me an old pizza someone else had ordered. The Alfredo sauce tasted way too salty when ordered in extra.I had been having better experiences with Dominos in the past recently but this one was very terrible. They even called a different name from mine to get my order and they seemed kind of intimidating towards me accepting the pizza. They demanded me to check it and I did and although I still wasn’t pleased with the look of my pizza I really didn’t feel like saying anything was going to help so I left. I’m disappointed this time.
Always have my order right. Always there when they tell you a delivery time. Fresh and hot.
The 1st attempt to place my order online I was going to receive a free 2 topping pizza. But when I tried to place order it kept giving me an error msg. After multi attempts app just closed. The 2nd attempt went thru but I no longer got the free pizza. Then my curbside 2 min timer was stopped by the store at 1 min 5 secs but they didn't bring my order out for another 2 min 11 secs for a total of 3 min 16 sec. The carrier then headed to a car with my order when I am in a suv. Not a good way to treat you customers and contradicts your advertisements ! Maybe another pizza brand entirely will treat me better.
Ordered the curbside pick up service. Arrived,texted "here",and waited. Not only did my pizza never come out,but after 10 minutes,I had to go inside to get it. The workers were playing around,and it still took me 5 minutes to get my order. The pizza itself was overcooked ,and borderline cold. Keep the free pizza coupon,im done with Dominoes.
I live about 25 miles from a Dominos. Drove out with my kids who wanted some pizza, called my order in while on the way and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later, and was unable to get my pizza. I knocked on the door, and the heavy set guy on the phone looked at me, I showed waved my credit card signaling I wanted to pay for my pizza. After finishing his call he sat down in a chair in front of the register. I called several times and watched him repeatedly just hang up the phone while doing nothing that justified that level of negligence. In the end I had to go across the street for Little Ceasars. I would give 0 starts if possible, I worked for Dominos when I was younger and couldn't imagine providing this level of customer service and deserving to be employed.
I swear this is the only Domino’s that has done me wrong multiple times. This time I Ordered 3 pizzas online and added twice the amount of mushrooms on one pizza. cashier told me to check my pizzas before paying and there was not a single mushroom on the pizza after waiting about 10 minutes for them to remake my order I get a pizza with very little mushrooms when the order had (X2) DOUBLE the amount!
Excellent store on Phelan! Always hot, David the driver was polite,courteous,prompt and friendly. We’re so lucky that we have this store?
Have had better service here before. Perhaps was an off night for employees
