The food was good and all that but when I asked for an extra on an oil machine will be a problem and I never received it they don't pay attention to detail sad I spe d money someplace else
Great hardworking staff definitely deserves a raise or bonus. Been to this location multiple times and not once got my order wrong and never had to wait a super long time for my food. And staff is always professional and friendly. That's asking a lot coming from a fast food place. The manager is doing a great job at running the place I'd say
This is the only Dairy Queen to eat at been back home 16 years it's the staff and food prep excellent
Marcus the cook did an excellent job on the burgers we eat. The manager was very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our food! Great place. Best DQ I have been to in Beaumont.
Very nice girl took our order, however pnly.part.of it showed up. Has to wait another 5 to 7 minutes for it to show up. Food was good but the place wasn't very clean. Floors were sticky tables and seats had stuff all over them.
They make the greatest ice cream cones, and they are the friendliest people I’ve met yet. Good job guys!
Went in to the restaurant; we were the only patrons inside. Continuous stream of drive through customers, however. Store was meticulously clean, even had a faint bleach smell. Very much approve of this in these times of Covid.It's very much an older DQ location and hasn't been updated in decades, so if orange plastic booths bother you then you might not want to go in....but the food was freshly prepared and the staff nice. I'd eat there again.

So the food is what you would expect from DQ, it's good. The blizzards are great. The only issue I have with this particular location is this, it's in dire need if a renovation. Most of the rest of the DQ's that I've visited have been reno'd. The exterior of the building is rough and I mean ROUGH.. I would love see the owners put a little money back into the location.
