Bought a $14 meal. A 4 piece steak finger basket with a drink and a small sundae. Got my basket and they tell me I didn’t buy a sundae. They never gave me a receipt so I asked to pull up the previous ones and they say “oh I can’t help with that..” literally had my receipt on the table and they say that wasn’t mine. Oh well; will go to the one down the street. Not gonna cry for a few bucks but it’s the principle and give a crud factor. Also; when you order a 4 piece steak finger basket they give you 3 steak fingers and a chicken strip haha. Oh well.Update. I had to personally get my receipt after the girl said “you can look for it.” And FOUND IT! Can’t believe it took me two seconds when all the guy had to do was look. Just an irritating experience. They gave me a new one sundae after I had PAID for it again.
Awful customer service. Went with a group. Every one had to repeat 3 times. Tried to give friend wrong order and insisted it was hers, had to give receipt to prove. Didn't even give me mine. I had to show receipt as proof. Got every order completely wrong. Absolutely awful.
Associate's slow reaction to customers long wait on food but was good. Worth the wait.
Of all the different places to get ice cream, you can't beat Dairy Queen. Always the same and Always Good.
This used to be a great place , now it’s extremely ratchet. Terrible customer service.
40 minutes to get a #1 and a finger basket 2 shake. Because they had no malt mix and my burger combo that I added Bacon, cheese & jalapeño for 2 extra dollars came out cold burnt with pickles?and a sprinkle of bacon and no fries. I then went in showed the burger and ask for a warm burger not burnt with melted cheese and no pickles. 40 minutes and I got the same piece of meat ?I just wish people would treat your food as if it was there’s
They always get my order wrong, the food is okay if you ever get what you order.
My burger was freshly prepared and neat. Fries were hot. Customer service was great.
