Having eaten at this CiCi's with semi-regularity since it first opened in the '90s, I have watched the rollercoaster of quality start strong, wane, dip, resurge, coast, then dip again. These days, the lack of care and attentiveness is on full display. Barely half the selection of earlier days, more focus on the bare minimum of "doing their job" rather than customer experience. Ingredient quality has fallen greatly over the years, but that is likely the fault of the main company rather than a franchisee. I hope that someone in management determines to return this to a quality experience for diners and families, rather than the bargain bin grab bag feeding trough it's treated like. Still, it's CiCi's, so if you like flavorful cardboard or eating in bulk it's still the 7th best option for cheap calories as local buffets go. 50/50 shot if the air hockey puck is missing when you show up, but bring quarters for Galaga.
Cicis is anyways good if you know you're starving and really want pizza. Plus, the salad bar is so good.
It’s been years since I visited a Cici’s restaurant. Though this location was super busy, the staff kept the buffet line full of piping hot pizzas. The restaurant is large and has games for kids.
Rude! Rude! Rude!Nasty! This place has gone down tremendously, the management is horrible and the food sucks it wasn't many people. But it was no variety. Management was so rude i had to leave. I explained to the manager i dont drink out of the cups i wanted a to-go cup for water! WATER! I was charger almost $3.00's for a water. Kid cup at thatWhich is ridiculous. The food was awful and i was only there for less than 30 min. Only to have a small salad and 2 slices of pizzaAnd ended up leaving because of management. I don't say much on reviews but this place was that horrible. I refuse to return.#Newmanagement#oldmenuneededASAP
Food was okay. One of the games took my money and was broken. I probably could have went to manager to get it back but I didnt want to have to deal with that with little kiddos with me. Good value for amount paid. As always
Pizza buffet! They continually rotate in a good selection of pizza. If you don't find any that you like, put in a request and they will make it for you. The pizza buffet also comes with salad, soup, pasta, and dessert. It is hard to beat the selection for one low price.
Spent over $60 on 4 pizzas and 1 brownie. The brownie was gooey, under cooked and not editable.I ordered the days before and set the time for pick up for 1215, when I finally get to the counter, the female tells me that they never received my order.I had to go back out to get my phone to show her my order on my phone. When the manager came out, he acted like it was my fault and never offered to make the situation better. Tried to also blame it on a hardware issue, saying they just got a new hard drive. While I was there 40 minutes, 8 people picked up their order just fine. They made my experience awful.
I was in Cicis last night & they were closing early, had already cleaned up & put away buffet but a bus load of kids came up to the door & Josh the manager, told them to come on in & eat. Not many places would do that! I have always had a good experience @ the Beaumont Cicis & have always had a good manager there!
Place was nice! Older! not real pretty! but the service was great and the food was fresh! In today's times that's a big plus!! definitely will return!!
Went to eat lunch and asked for a straw, said had to pay 54 cents for a Togo cup in order to get straw. I asked for manager and he wasn’t no help. The cup they gave me had cheese stuck on side of it. I asked if he would feel comfortable putting his mouth on this cup he said he would. All in all is a bad experience and no one willing to fix the problem.
