Took 20 minutes to get my okra. They realized this and acknowledged it. That's better than waiting 30-45 minutes for a simple order and not even getting an apology for it.
I don't really have any complaints. The young lady who took my order was in training. I asked for dark meat, spicy, and she gave me white spicy, bless her heart, she's training and I know the pressure of being the newbie, and she had such a pleasant attitude, as did all the employees, plus, I enjoyed the white meat just as well. Over all, customer service is a big plus and it was very well displayed by these employees.
Great food and hospital service. Im definitely coming at least twice a week. Its like home cooked meals with fast service.

Ordered an 8-piece meal. Sides were mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Everything was pretty good. Several chicken breast pieces were butchered into unrecognizable blobs, but other than that good stuff.
