I love Church's always have, but this one disappoints, I do not know it is that they downgraded on product quality, but chicken must be the lowest quality ever, and very small pieces, the dirty rice was not completely cooked, fries were so greasy, and the quantity of fries served was ridiculous, only good thing was the biscuits.Then I ask for a glass of water and charged 50cents , never heard of such a thing.My husband order a soda and could not drink it it was so awful tasting.I got so grossed out, wont ever go to another churches.The restaurant needs upgrading inside, and the floor was sticky when you walk , seriously made me lose my taste for Church's Chicken.Will be going back to POPEYE'S!!!
It's better than most churchs ,the others wont cook two hrs before closing time

The apple pies were fresh! The chicken didn't look fresh nor tasted fresh like it usually does. Tasted like it had been sitting up there a while! Rice was hot but mushy however the macaroni and cheese was good.
Horrible horrible health dept need to shut this place down messed up order 3 times then got home to frozen Cajun rice im too done with this non English atmosphere always mess up your order !! Cant cook chicken and sides at all !! Zero Stars !!! Zero
I arrived at Church,s around 9:45pm on 12/21/21. The crew was standing around laughing and talking. I placed my order only to be told there were No sides, No Bisquets, and No Pies. This is unacceptable and Poor Manament experience. Even if you are closing at 10.00pm. I'm trying to notify the Owner what the hell are you in business for if you not going to serve your you I'mCustomersñm
Cashier got my order wrong and was a bit aggressive and argumentative when I tried to corrected. Food was over cooked after I received the correct order.
They cooked everything fresh for me. And was friendly.
$20 meal for 2. 4 dark chickens 2 biscuits large fried okra and mash potatoes.
I attempted to go through the drive through and no one answered for several minutes. I called the restaurant while in the drive through and no one answered. I then drove around to the order window. It was open but no one was there. I saw one customer in the dining room so i drove around to come in. I walk in and see no one around. No one came to the counter. It seemed deserted. I step closer to the counter and see a male and female employee sitting on the floor to the right. There was no hi or im sorry. They just stared at me like they didnt understand why i was there. I told them everything i had done up to thay point and they barely gave any response nor any apology was made for the poor management of the establishment that ive witnessed and experienced. There were two headsets on the counter. The male employee said the batteries were bad. He left and got a new battery for the headset....why wasnt that done before. Then when i tried to order they were out of almost all the sides. I was trying to order a meal and couldnt. I was so angry. So i ordered a 8pc mixed and 6 frosted honey butter biscuits. When i got in my car. My order had 6 regualar honey butter biscuits. I gave up. The whole experience was ridiculous. Changes need to be made at this location. The name on the receipt was Karla as the chashier but the male worker rang me up and the female worker seemed new since she didnt know what went in a 8 pc mixed box.
