The cashiers were really nice this place is really good for children parties and good for bringing kids together who haven't seen each other in such a long time where they can play games together or compete against each other my grandchildren loved it.

Do NOT GIVE A PARTY AT CHUCK E SHE IN BEAUMONT TEXAS. It's a waste of time and money. I saw the party host twice the entire time we were there.IT TOOK A HOUR AND A HALF OF A 2 HOUR PARTY TO GET THE PIZZA I ORDERED UPON BOOKING THE PARTY! I was charged 2.99 a piece for 8 cups because the adults weren't given any cups! Even though I clearly stated that their would be 8 KID'S and 8 ADULTS AT THE PARTY UPON BOOKING! They failed to inform we wouldn't have anything to drink from! THEY DID NOT DO THE TICKET BLASTER! WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE APART OF THE EXPERIENCE! 0 STARS AND WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
Th outing is only for the kids. The food is not up to par at all. The games should be better for the prices. The visit is not at all worth it; but what can you do?
It is nice for the kids they have lots of fun but Okay understand things have gone up but it is ridiculous for a large 1 topping pizza and 12 wings to cost 69 dollars you and your kids better eat before you get there

Enjoyed pizza and clean building
It's overpriced and not really worth it for what you get, but a lot of fun. Not only do the kids enjoy it, but quite frankly, so do I. This is my first time there since COVID. We went during the week and we were seriously the only people there. I liked that a lot. Not a place we go often because it really is pricey, but cheaper than going to Disney...lol.
Attended a birthday party. It was great. Kids got two hours play time. Our attendant (Cameron) was wonderful. Stayed on top of everything and made sure we had what we needed.
Pizza was way better than I expected 5stars salad bar was fresh and excellent even the bread sticks were good. All the games were new and working kids had a blast.
