I’ve tried too many times and every single time my to go order is missing something. This time, I was okay with my vinaigrette missing from my salad as I had asked for salsas on the side, but not only was I missing my salad dressing, but I was also missing the guacamole on my salad that I paid extra for and no notification of them being out of guacamole. I’m over it… I’ve given this location too many tries and I love Chipotle. If you ask or pay for anything extra, you’re guaranteed to be missing something in your order.
The experience for my first time ever for Chipotle was horrible the place looks dingy the seating looks awkward the decor and lighting looks dark. I ordered the steak bowl and got one scoop of rice. The food looked dried and left out for hours wasn't very clean. 1st and last time for Chipotle
Visit was very pleasant everyone was very professional especially Braleigh if she’s not a manager Please highly consider her she has a winning personality for the public and she was very clean and handle the food in such a sanitary manner and that should always be appreciated especially in the world of now the food was so good Thank you Braleigh!
Foods always great, whoever was making the food at the beginning with the curly hair was super rude though. Stopped and sighed when I asked for extra meat. Told me he “knew how to do his job”. When I said only meat and cheese please. And the cashier didn’t understand the difference between a chipotle gift card and a visa gift card

11 year olds favorite restaurant. She thinks they use a special sauce for the beans and rice. Can't convince her any other way.
The cleanliness of the dining area was severely lacking. Didn’t see anyone trying to delegate that to someone in between customers. Tables dirty - floor filthy with rice and good and napkins. Not what you want to sit at.
First time going here and the service was excellent and food was amazing. Definitely going back!!
Compaby has gone downhill since Jason Cochran was hired as VP of stores. Horrible exec.
unfortunately since freebirds in beaumont closed, I have to come here for a burrito. not even close quality wise, but still good. it can be expensive. ordering on the app is the easiest, just hope nobody steals your bag off of the shelf. I wish it wasn’t so easy to do that. they often forget to put silverware in the bag so make sure to bring your own or ask for some.
