Do not go here!! Save your time and money!!We ended up seating ourselves because nobody was up there. Restaurant was very dirty. Trash all over and tables were not cleaned and sticky! Service was terrible. None of our food was correct. I understand they were short handed but literally only had people sitting at 4 tables. It was only 12:30pm when we arrived.
As we were being sat all the tables in our section except 2, needed bussed. Our queso was barely, barely luke warm, actually I'd almost say cold [food safety]. The guacamole was very brown & had a bad, rotten taste [food safety]. It's not hard to see that if guacamole is brown don't serve it, throw it out! And as we sat there it was clear to us that the lady manager in a yellow polo shirt should have been more of a team player & helped her wait staff by bussing & wiping down the tables. Overall because of the Food Safety issues with our cold queso & rotten guacamole, that's why the 1-star rating. Because food safety (check temps & dates on all food) is very important.
Did i have to give a star? Sticky cutlery so i ate with plastics instead, lettuce was brown, stale croutons as well as stale Tortilla straps with my chicken salad. Only came in here because of traffic on I-10, otherwise never my choice for a place to dine. I've been disappointed at other Chili's locations several times before. I keep hoping for improvement from location to location but that's not the case here. Washrooms are dirty too, especially the toilets. Men's smelled so bad, likely hasn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a broken lamp post right in front by the doors that should have had cones, it was hazardous.
I’m so disappointed I ordered the chicken pasta to go and my food was cold. The chicken was old, dried up, and stuck together as if it had been sitting all day.
They never seem to get my order right. I even ask at the point of sale while theyvare prepping myborder to please ensure (name any item) is in the bag. Nope. Every time. Usually its them putting the white sauce on my chicken and waffles when I ask multiple times not to pit it on OR they dont give me honey chipotle sauce. Just wish they could get my order right once.
Food was good but and this was a very big but... there was only one server for the whole restaurant during lunch. COVID? Spring Break?I don't know but the team pulled together to produce good service.
My wife, grandson, and I ate there today for lunch. Service and waiting was terrible. We got our food after over 30 minutes and my wife's order was wrong. The waitress said there's chaos in the kitchen so it might be a while but they would discount our meal. After an hour I just paid and left. Had about $300 of gift cards I tried to give them away and nobody will take them. By that evening me and my grandson got violently ill. Since my wife never got her food she was OK. I don't see how they keep their doors open.
Came in to eat tonight. 40min total in the restaurant between waiting to be sat and sitting at the bar area waiting to order. The bar area was the only section open and being sat. About 4 tables total, one table sat after us. We sat waiting about 30 before I got up and went into the galley to ask for service. The manager and the hostess were standing there looking at the hostesses phone. They both came out, the hostess waited on another table, disappeared and the manager, female in a purple sports jacket went and bussed a table in another closed empty section, while us and the other table sat still waiting to order. The manager disappeared again w her stack of organized dishes she took her sweet time stacking. So we got up and left and came to Casa Ole and within 15 minutes have been sat, waited on and have margaritas and food is being garnished on its way out. Time now 8:48. Left Chili's at 8:25 pm
Very long wait time to get seated. No hosted to seat us before anybody came in. Food was slow to come out of kitchen. Food was not piping hot. Asked for bottle water and was given a glass of water instead. Asked for half sweet and half unsweet tea and was given a glass of water also. Wife had a sandwich and asked for the lettuce and everything on the side, and all the cold stuff was brought out on a plate that was hot.
