I arrived at the drive thru and was greeted very quickly to take my order. It was nice to see 3 lanes, but as I was ordering for my grandmother and myself I was feeling rushed as she was trying to articulate what she wanted. I know it’s to keep the line going quickly especially during a lunch rush, but feeling rushed I forgot part of our order and to ask salt, pepper, and utensils. Not the end of the world at all. The food taste as good as any locations. I would still go back.
I called in with a rather large order, talked to a really nice young lady by the name of Karen, she was very nice & polite on the phone and also in person at the counter when I picked my order up, Karen had my order ready to go, all packaged up for easy handling in a vehicle. Very nice courteous young lady, who seemed to know her job and done her job well. Oh and the food I order was on point also. Thanks Karen, and the staff at College Street Chic Fil A for a good lunch experience.
Wow. This location appears to be the most poorly managed Chick- fil-A that I've ever seen. No wonder their store was mostly empty and the drive-through wasn't overflowing. The employees I noticed were having a good time being silly together and ignoring what they should be doing.They also use open space in the store for storage, and it appears junky and disorganized. Try the location on Dowlen instead.
Wait staff was excellent the line was long but they did a great job of getting everyone's order
This has been my favorite for many years, always consistent hot and great tasting food. There have been mistakes here and there but very seldom, when I do mention it to them they always make it right. I hope they keep the same friendly attitude and great tasting food and they will have me as a customer for years to come.
Love the food. Both orders had errors. The 12 piece nugget with salted fries had no salt. The other order in our party ordered was supposed to be a twelve piece nugget with unsalted fries and received chicken strips.
So I ordered food from the app and had it delivered so it came and it came like they threw it on the ground bag wasn’t sealed and they didn’t knock and whoever delivered it was smart because they dropped it off earlier that what it was supposed to
Your night crew should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I've never experienced such attitude from ANY chik fil a employees, let alone a whole crew
Let's face it, we all know Chick-fil-A. This place NEVER misses. Fast drive thru, best in class customer service, and the best quality chicken in the fast food game. I've been here probably atleast 15-20 times in the last two months alone and I've never gotten a wrong order. This particular staff has been here a long time and is experienced in making sure that the order is prepared to perfection. Also, If you aren't getting Chick-fil-A or Polynesian sauce then what are you doing with your life????
This is a very nice but slow Chick-fil-A. No matter if you are the only one in li e you will always be pulled up to wait on your food. The wait time is completely horrible. The staff is nice and the food is great but they need a lot of work on getting their orders out. I have complained to the managers numerous of times and keep getting told they are working on it. I hardly go to this location anymore because they are entirely too slow.
