Food is always good, but when they say 2meat plate, they really mean 2meat plate (2 ribs & 2 slices of brisket). Maybe they made a mistake on my order. Would think for $17.25 it would be more than just 2 ribs & 2 slices of brisket. It’s been a few months since I’ve been here, I just remember receiving more idk
Had heard the food was good, so thought we'd try it. Food was pretty good, but kinda pricey for what you get. Also didn't like the fact of NO fountain drinks.We tried, but we probably won't be back.
The chipped beef sandwich was delicious the over all taste of the food was able to recover any negatives I had which only would be that there were no sides included with an $8 sandwich when for $11 you can get a rib plate but like I said it tastes amazing and you quickly forget about such petty things I highly recommend
Had the rib sandwich today, it was amazing! Little to no wait at all. Quick service, delicious food. Definitely recommend!
My family love Patillos for decades. When I first had Charlies few years ago I couldnt wait to get my mom and kids on it. Ribs,links,brisket and our most beloved smoked oxtails are hands down the best. The popcorn balls were old fashion and delicious(my fave)!So sad they dont sale them anymore. Charlies is our families new favorite bbq spot in bmt!

Was the first customer of the day and was thrilled because if not the wait can be a little long.I ordered the one meat plate. With sliced brisket and three sliced brisket sandwiches. $38.00I know folks may come for me but I believe in leaving honest reviews. Charley....what happened? The brisket was fork tender only but dry and bland to the taste, the sauce saved it. Their sauce is one of the very best I've had in the area. Reminds me of the KC style sauce from the Midwest, sweet and spicy. The baked beans could have come from a can. So unappealing. The potato salad reminded me of store bought brand because the potatoes were slightly rubbery. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't fresh. I'll just say absolutely no one stuck their foot in either one.When I frist had Charley's it was lovely, I was excited and bragged on it often. No one could tell me any different but I haven't had it since May 2021 and I'm not sure what happened but it is not the same quality at all.All I can say is there is some new and stiff competition in the area right now. One can't afford to drop the ball at this point. Charley's sauce is still the bomb though. I may try them again but after today...not at all at the top of my list to do so.Sorry Charley!

food started out good when first opened however no longer good food is mostly old stale n sticky! sauce taste like pure sugar! ribs r dry n unchewable potato salad warm they give little food for the very costly amount money u pay n they always give wrong order or leave out food u paid for won’t b back!
I went through the drive thru, and ordered the half chicken plate with beans and rice dressing. I ran a few errands, got home took a shower and then opened my plate to eat. I was so hungry ? I had ribs, potato salad and beans. I do not eat Ribs? I called to let them know I had the wrong order. They apologized, and delivered my order to me in less than 15 minutes. Everything was hot and so good. Thanks for the wonderful customer service!
