I ordered the sour cream enchiladas and they tasted and smelled bad …. I called Carlitos and the phone was answered by a MARIA when I asked to speak to the supervisor she said no one was there to speak too but her and a waitress …. When I asked her name she asked why I wanted it and refused to tell me her last name or the manager or shift leader … the meat is sour it smells so bad … she said no one else has complained and there is nothing else she could do for me … I insisted to speak to a manager and she refused me and hung up on me …. SMELL YOUR FOOD BEFORE U EAT IT …. I spent over 40 dollars on waitr for her to tell me there’s no one I could talk too … she was very rude and unprofessional …. I always eat there I order the same food and never has it smelled like this or tasted this way …. I am very disappointed … I will never eat here again and neither will my coworkers ….
We went there and unfortunately they were short staffed but still an excellent experience. Margaritas are awesome. Food was absolutely exceptional and much more fairly priced than some other places similar to Carlitos. Our waiter Angel was really helpful and did a great job even though it was a tough situation being down a person. We will go back to Carlitos and consider this one of our go to spots in bmt ?
Great food order the nachos and two margaritas less than $12 great deals you got to look at the appetizers they are huge

I had lunch here today. Ordered fajitas, and they were really good. Our waitress was really nice and checked on us. She had a real nice personality. Has the look and feel of a genuine Mexican restaurant.
Had beef fajitas on the lunch menu. Beef was tender (for skirt streak) and flavorful. Serving size was just right. Price was quite economical. Even though it was crowded, service was timely.
Hadn't eaten there in years. We had a large party and everyone left full and content. Good food and good service
I visit and eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants from Orange, TX to Houston, TX. This restaurant is in my top 1%. I was blown away from the smells coming in outside the restaurant. Excellent homemade food, friendly, awesome service and a biggie for me very "Clean". I will be making this location a regular stop. I was impressed with the overall visit. If you haven't been go... if you have will I do not need to tell you to eat there again. Thanks to Marcus for making my overall visit worthwild!
This place is amazing. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Mid County. The food is delicious and the staff is wonderful. Price is extremely reasonable especially for the Monday-Thursday $1.49 margaritas.If you get a chance to try their breakfast burritos, do it. They are amazing!
