Super slow service. She had about 12 tables and said they were short staffed. She forgot our kids drink for 15 minutes after she brought ours. Mind you, they ordered a strawberry lemonade which was super expensive and it sat on the counter for that long and watered diwn... The portions were small here in comparison to the one by our house. Probably will not go to this location again.
It's a hit or miss type of situation anytime I visit any BWW. This particular location had issues with the AC on the day I visited and the workers were miserable. The bartender was inattentive (probably aggravated from the heat), but her coworker that took my order made up for that. Asked for extra wet wings and once she brought them to me and realized they weren't, she insisted on going get extra from the kitchen. I hope my next experience will be better.
Good food and good service and the beer was cold too and for sure I would be back again ?? and Tuesday and Thursday they have special on wings so if you want to go on that day go and don't forget to get the Fried pickles because Buffalo always have the best and if you ordering To go order they are fast. all the people on the take out order they are nice and they would take your older good with no mistake and If you want to try a new shot ask for aPeanut butter and jelly shot ..trust me its good
What I paid for the quality of food was not worth it. My jamming jalapeño bone in wings were very dry and tough. The first table me and my boys were assigned to was not clean. I've never paid $25 per plate for food. 10 wings & fries!!!! WAY OVER PRICED!!
Absolute worst experience. Ate with friends, then Jacorian our waiter decides to leave himself his own tip, writes in his own $9 tip on my receipt when i wrote 0, mind you after I left a $5 cash tip. Gotta love the class of people work at BBW now. We will never come back here. Not only because of the poor service but also add in the fact that most of the food was room temp warm when we finally got our food. Do better BBW, we won't be back to find out tho.

Had my daughter's birthday party here and they were so great! Called about a month before the party and the GM was so nice about everything. Had the table ready and 3 servers waiting for us. They helped us put up decorations for the party and went out of their way to be there for us. They even had a Buffalo mascot come out. Highly recommend this place for birthdays and celebration events!
Worst service ever!!! Our waitresses name was Kat and she was horrible. We were her only table and she couldn’t even check on us. She had a bad attitude from the second we got there. It took multiple people to find her when we hadn’t gotten our appetizers after 30min. It was chips and salsa, it wasn’t hard. She wanted to serve the table behind us first that came 30min after we did, and gave us an attitude when we wanted her to take our order first. We then asked for a new server. He asked if we had ordered yet and after awhile he came back to tell us she never even put it in!! I have never had such horrible service in my entire life! It took us getting a new server just to get refills. We had been there for an 1hr and 15min and didn’t get food. We ended up just leaving without ordering again because we were ready to leave I will not be back. I can only hope management can correct this. Probably not though.
Beanita Netterville perfect in all she does great to work with and very understanding and helps out as needed I do believe she has a career in this atmosphere she needs her own store great job beanita keep it up
Very slow and unattentive staff.... again. Strong smell of weed every time the worker who was cleaning up walked by. Food quality was typical for a BWW. This location has ongoing and longstanding issues with quality of service. I try to avoid going here and only do so when we are joining other family members who are going.
