This may be in a truck stop, but the food is very good. We ate at a Black Bear once in Washington state and loved it. The food here is on par. Great place to get some breakfast any time of day or anything else. Their menu is HUGE. Prices are reasonable considering everything is higher now. We will stop here again next time we are in town.
Great place to eat. Food was excellent. Portions are large. Staff is attentive and polite. I was greeted immediately upon entering. They have an extensive menu including all day breakfast. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable family atmosphere. Would definitely recommend. This will be a regular stop for me when I'm passing through from now on. I opted for one of their smaller dinner options and still had food left over.

First visit was very good, ham was too salty but waffles were superb..The second visit our bacon was hard, the waitress brought another order which was worse. Service was great, atmosphere is pleasant.

We always enjoy breakfast for dinner and it's been some time since visiting black bear. We were seated immediately and greeted right away by Tracy. I forgot the name of my omlete but it was the egg white one and was so yummy! The strawberry jam with the warm biscuit is amazing! Chris got a meat lover omelet and said it was okay but he enjoyed the corn Muffin and roasted potatoes. The pancakes are a most get even of you share them! They are so yummy. Service was okay, we didn't get alot of attention or refills but our food came out perfect so can't complain too much. We will Definitely be back though.
We love this place. Used to be Crackle Barrel people but stumbling upon Black Bear Diner was a treat. This was our second time there and the food is amazing and such a great value for the money. Staff is friendly and so far both times we went we sat right down. I had the Scrambowl which was delicious. Can't wait to go back.
Fresh squeezed oranges for juice. Very large pancakes and biscuits. Fantastic place for a meal.
