Great food, service and atmosphere! We got there an hour before close today (a Sunday) and had great service, refreshing cocktails and delicious food. They even gave us a couple of pieces of bread to feed the chickens outside which my toddler adored! I also bought an original and very affordable piece of art off the wall! Great experience and we will be going back for the Friday night pig roast!
Extremely disappointed today. We use to frequent here often before moving away and was excited to come back .We were told to have a sit and someone would be with us . There was 2 parties in the dining area and 2 outside. The waitresses kept coming in the hall and no one came to our table . After 15 minutes my husband got up and asked could we at least get some drinks she said sure another 15 minutes nothing. 30 minutes wasted and we left . We took our business to the Toasted Yolk .
Previously on our visits, the food was good, had waitress at our table …. Last weekend our group sat in the large room, we were confused as to how we supposed to order, finally had to walk in the foyer & ask about ordering….The wooden tables were sticky, the spray cleaner they were using left the table sticky…..We finally got menus & had to walk into the order room to put our order in & pay …..they did bring our order to our table……This was at noon on Sunday, we had our Sunday School group from Church there…I had pancakes, eggs & bacon…..Pancakes were not fluffy at all, not sure of their problem, maybe the mixture…??????The food is usually good at this place, seems as though it has changed…..Also, the parking lot needs to have a topcoat of something to keep the Dust Down..!!!!
I hate to say it but this place just isn’t what it used to be. I used to love it for brunch - I would get the breakfast bowl and the arugula would be fresh and the black beans would be flavored but now everything is just bland and portions are significantly smaller.I recently went for dinner and got their catfish and it was the worst catfish I’ve ever had. Super fishy and lacked any flavor.I miss the way the place used to be ran and how delicious their food was. Used to be a 5 star place in my mind but it just isn’t anymore.
My first time here got the fried fish and fries shrimp with fries. the food was not good the fish was full of oil. Asked about Subbing some of the sides the WAITER said they could not cause the other side are frozen. Ok that tells that this food is not fresh, doing present Like you have fresh food and your waiter said it is frozen. I would also recommend tasting your food and try to add salt and pepper.Check google for reviews on this place before you go.

Chris and I went enjoyed brunch last Sunday here and it was phenomenal! The drinks are very fresh and go down smooth, highly recommend The Wildflower and New Pollenator. Chris got the Brisket Burger that was layered with a patty and brisket topped with Bleu cheese and it was mouth watering good! I got the pancakes which are very fluffy and comes as Apple Cinnamon with fresh apples, eggs and sausage. Everything was so yummy we will be back
The service was horrible. Our waitress didn't smile and seemed unhappy about being at work. We left $70.00 in tips. The food was average. But the chips and salsa were great. Most of our group did love the shrimp and grits.
It was an absolute BLAST. Didn't know I'd find Carolina BBQ in Beaumont! Also... #GOHEELS #GOACC
