Grear food! First time customer. The truck stop is right next door so it was easily accessible for me to visit. The staff was courteous and polite. Will definitely be visiting again soon!
Has the worst manager shift and for a Store Manager Hector and for the District Manager Judy not only did they think the situation was funny charging our account multiple times and didn't receive our order . Ask us to call the bank to see what's going. Did everything they asked us to do bank told us it was approved no pending charges ext. The bank gave us documentation to show them where the transaction was approved. Long story short it sad when you have the proof they messed up but they won't fix it. Hector is what you don't make Store Manager when they think it's funny and the District Manager Judy isn't no better. They need training asap!!!
My experience was very pleasant all thanks to my cashier Faith. She made sure I was happy with my service and was very nice the entire time.
Wings and tenders are very good here. Fast service too. Go once a week, my family loves it
The guy I guess was new. We told him what we wanted and he gave us everything else except the main chicken we asked for. The chicken wasn't cooked right at all. But the worker was nice and respectful though.
Food is absolutely amazing all the way up until you get the complementary black hairs in your food. Found 2 strings of hair in my cheese fries and hair in my wings and another string of hair on my ranch cap. Not to sure if yall have cats or something in your kitchen but i do know one thing they need a hairnet that stress is getting to them. Im convinced they purposely put hair into my food.
They used to be fast but now they're like super slow I think they fired all their good employees and replaced them with people that have literally no sense of urgency what used to take 5 minutes to make 10 wings when it's slow now takes something like 30 minutes it's insane get your act together Wingstop
Listen, Wingstop haze never been known as the “fastest wings” but they are really good. Tonight I decided to stop in and grab a few for dinner. It’s almost 6pm and I knew they’d be busy. I am 5 people deep in line and know that they’re going to be a while. I thought about leaving, even walked out to my car, but when I looked at the traffic on 146 I knew it’d take me 30+ minutes to go anywhere else. So I returned. As I’m about to walk up the counter to order a lady comes up and says her son had an accident (pee). Then she just leaves the restaurant. As I turn around there is literally pee across the entire restaurant. The lady behind the counter held her composure through every bit of it. My review isn’t so much a “here’s how over the top amazing” or a “they suck entirely” as much as it is a reminder that the food service industry often gets a bad rap for the uncontrollable things in their fields. I salute Wingstop this evening for managing their chaos and trucking through.
The app wasn’t working so I called to place an order, a guy put me on hold for ten minutes, a girl then picked up and said “sorry I didn’t know anyone was on hold” and said they stopped taking orders at 10:30, conveniently right when they picked up the phone again…
Called in to have my door dash order cooked well done and they went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect! Perfect amount of Parmesan and seasoning on my fries. I’m so happy ? thanks wingstop! Special thank you to Alejandro for being so patient and friendly
