Poor poor staff everyone was joking in the back the cashier was so confused like she didn’t know her left or right , I ordered two six pieces and when arrived I waited 15 minutes while the girl kept ignoring me walking around in the back as if she was trynna figure the situation out so I had to ask again what’s going on with my order she asks me for the third time what I ordered and I made it specific and then when I asked if she could change it to the right order she goes it’s already made there’s nothing I can do so i ask you can’t just make a new order and take the two wings outta each box and she just stands there talking to the person beside her laughing I then say just give me the order I’ll pay for it she takes my money and starts taking orders I say my food and she ignores me so I have to wait until she’s done to get my order then she hands me my food and says there’s no more cups , and she said at all . My foods cold I got overcharged for no drinks and the wrong order no apology or nothing no manager ever present. Very poor store will make sure to post this places . Because that was just a crazy experience and people should not use that location . Overall I love wingstop but this was outta hand

Very welcoming, kind workers. Doing their best to keep everything accordingly. The food is so good and comes out hot. The tables are clean and the store overall is very clean. They seem to keep things family friendly here.
They called me to let me know my order was ready so it wouldn’t get cold I really appreciated that
Food was delivered cold. And when I say cold I mean wow cold. Half the order was incorrect for flavor and I didn't get the extra condiments I paid way too much for. Last time here.
You order wrong and the lady who likes more women still gets upset, she says that if he wants her then he must wait 1 hour and it's not fair, it's already been 4 times

Went in and ordered my food, waited almost 45 minutes, went up to the register to ask about my food and the people behind the counter were just standing around and no one came to see what I needed. Food was correct and nothing wrong with it. When we went to go sit down the tables were dirty and sticky, from all of the tables that were leaving no one came out to wipe them down or clean them explaining the sticky table. After eating I went to the counter to ask for a to go bag for the remaining food and again the lady behind the counter took a few minutes to acknowledge I was standing there waiting for something even after several times of making eye contact. Terrible service. Won’t be going back. The one off of 146 is 10 times better. Go there instead. ??
Been here a million times but I had to leave a review after tonight . I came to pick up my order that I had placed 15 min before and the sweet lady with the curly hair took out my fries from my bag to remake them to make sure they weren’t cold (She did not have to do that—very thoughtful, unexpected and appreciated!
