Morning crew is a mess. Went on a Saturday and they got my order wrong . I ordered an egg biscuit and got an egg sandwich with cheese instead. I ordered 2 honey butter biscuits with the honey sauce on the side and it was right on the receipt but didn’t get the sauces in the bag and had to eat them dry. I did get a free breakfast platter by mistake which is cool but the order was completely wrong. Nice staff as well which is wat the one star is for
I give it a on star today because of the Customer service I went to the drive-through and everything was perfect so as I Drove away I bit into my burger and noticed it was wrong So I Went back to go inside the store And two cashiers are there just talking as I’m standing there one was pregnant And the other one I’m not sure what her name was but she had dark black hair I stood there for a good two minutes without being acknowledge Two employees came behind me as they were clocking in they acknowledge me And after the other two were done talking she asked if I needed help and I said yes But another employee came out the kitchen and she said can you help her I’m going on break I felt that was really disrespectful on her part like all you had to do was ask me what was wrong but she was so worried about going on her break
I have stopped at this Whataburger countless times, They have never gotten my order correct. I don’t know if something is wrong with their drive-through speaker, or if they just have problems hearing, but I’m sick of it. It’s 5:30 AM, why would I order a chicken sandwich with fries, I asked for a honey butter chicken biscuit, you know the breakfast item that makes sense at 5:30 AM
I had to wait 15 mins for someone to come to me at the curbside space. I was brought a drink and a small bag. I told her I'm missing another drink and 2 orders of fries. She comes back with a drink and another bag. There was only 1 order of fries in the bag. This time I had to get my baby out of the carseat and go inside. Waited 10 mins in line to get the other order of fries. I ordered curbside because I didn't want to get out of my car and be quick.
I never had a problem with whataburger , but up to the las 3 TIMES I've been to whataburger this is the last straw !I went this past Sunday 3/27, they keep getting my order soo wrong I got the #5 which is the bacon burger I didn't even get the bacon on it , I asked for mustard to be replaced with mayo instead , no tomato no pickles and no onions and add jalapeños , that's all I wanted they gave me a baconless burger with a load of mustard and pickles that's it with cheese they didn't even add the jalapeños, they keep messing up my order in both locations in baytown I'm sorry but it's a big no for me and it's not only happened onces or twice but already three times, train you employees better please.
It was an average what a Burger experience..... delicious!! If you've never been to a what a Burger, it's better than over and out or whatever it's called
Prices are getting up there. However freshest while you wait after pay... Scratching your head like.... did it really cost that much? GREAT food!!!
Probably the worst whataburger I've ever been to. The buns were stale. We live 5 minutes away and the whole burger was cold. Shakes were a good 3 inches lower than norm. Fries tasted like they'd been there all day.

Went thru the drive thru. And the only complaint I have is they take forever. But they have the option with two lanes you aren't locked in once you order for 20 mins. And with the app you can be prepared. Food is as good as any Whataburger as it is a franchise. Still a good burger and alot better than in and out by far.
