The wait was Ridiculously long! 30 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich and a small fry. Service friendly, restaurant was clean, plenty of well-lit parking.
Food was great. People should know what a Service Dog vest says so not to tell us that dog can't come in here. Honestly a mistake I get it but after a long am on the road from Lafayette to understand that it is a Service Dog would have been nice. Obviously the food was ?
Waiting over 20 minutes for a chicken biscuit and fries. I ordered ahead btw, so 20 minutes past check-in. Which is normally fine I don’t mind waiting but his friend comes in and orders. Gets his meal almost immediately, while me and 3 other orders have BEEN waiting. I get having friends visiting and the excitement of that but common. Food is good though.

Ordered What-a-burger with cheese, no onion, no tomato. Received bun, pickles, lettuce - no meat, no cheese. No refund!
It's sad. I was the only one in the drive thru. I didn't get my Dr pepper and I asked for mayo and my burger is covered in mustard. This isn't the first time. Don't go here!!! There are plenty of other places to get food in the area
Imagine you get your burger after a long wait. You take 2 bites just to realize there is no bacon on your burger. You go back inside. They give you the same burger back, but now with added bacon. Seriously?? You are suppose to throw the product into waste and remake it. My sister was a manger for whataburger even relocated to open Whataburger locations in Arkansas. This is terrible, and the front lady taking orders got a attitude problem. I do not plan on returning. Drive though line wrapped around the whole building.
Pulled into the drive-through I was directed to go to the inside lane by the parking lot attendant. Sat at the speaker for 4 to 5 minutes while 3 vehicles had ordered and drove through. They had gone to the outside lane. All three arrived much later than I had. I have been to this Whataburger numerous times. Every time the service is either horrible or they get the order wrong! Sometimes both! I hate to leave bad reviews but enough is enough. This is several visits.
Drive through as we were driving past this state. Not as I remember the Whataburger heavy on the mustard and onions but was served hot. Just need to order properly next time.
