I called in some orders here twice. The woman who took our orders was so kind and patient, even when one of us, my mom, was kinda being a bad customer, lol. But the food was soooooooooooooooooooo fricking good. I'd give it a 100 out of 10. I had the bbq brisket baked potatoes and they were amazing. My mom had the same and my son and brother had burgers and fries. Y'all, try their ranch dip, it is so good. My son said their fries stayed nice and crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. They didn't get soggy. These folks know good food, fast service, and excellent customer service with a smile!!
DO NOT GO HERE! This was the most repulsive “burger” that I have ever had. I’m sure eating the floor meat from Kitchen Nightmares would taste better. First of all, I ordered the Brisket Burger. I’m not gonna lie, I was excited because the pictures looked good, but they burnt the brisket. All the way through. I could pick up a piece and tear it in half, and it would be black. Hard as a rock, too. It tasted like how body oder smells. It took them 2 and a half hours to make 1 burger, and I was the only customer in the restaurant. I even saw the cook on his phone through the window to the kitchen. I saw cockroaches and flies on the floor too. This is a health and safety violation. Do not go here. End of story.
Placed our order online at 6:12pm, then arrived 20 minutes later. Was ignored for a while, then when I was able to speak to her at 6:50pm I was informed that they hadn’t even begun to prepare our food. Waited another 20 minutes, then asked again when our food might be ready. She had placed it in the tray to keep it warm until we arrived. I guess because there was four people in there she had forgotten we had already spoken twice about this food. The burger was good, the sides were terrible, and it was all for a whopping $32 for two meals. Look at the picture and be the judge if that’s worth an hour of your day and over $30.
Just left burger barn, worst experience that I’ve had there. I used to love going here but this will be the last time. Horrible customer service. Felt ignored waiting to order, and once I received my burger there was no lettuce or mustard and mayo. So she brought it out on the side for me to put on. Had to build my own burger that I paid over $10 for the combo!When we was leaving my husband only took a couple of drinks and asked for a to go cup and she said there would be a charge for that. Why should I be charged to take my drink that was already paid for?! Very ridiculous.
Use to be better!!The service now is horribleThe lady Stephanie does not know what she is doing on the computer, and the older lady is not even wanting to help her! Wich led to them messing up our order, then the prices and ridiculous now! Even for a small half filled ranch cup $1.00! Then on top of that they wanted to Charge me to take a drink home! After I already paid for it! And I didn’t even ask for it in a plastic cup anyways, it’s normally a styrofoam cup! I’ve been going there for years but I will not be going there again for a very long time!
Definitely not crowded when we went, The guy sweeping the floor was mad and was sweeping the floor so hard that the crap on the floor was coming back toward us, complains loudly to other employees, most of my daughters fries look like they had been double fried they were hard as a rock, The BLT was OK. First and probably last time there
I gave it one star, I called several times and no answer to order my food Togo. I tried to eat there today and they closed by 8. But I'm going to keep trying and when I actually am able to get served I will repost a review.
the kitchen was very disrespectful to the poor guy working at the front and he was very stressed because the kitchen messed up on a very large togo order; the kitchen guy or “ manager” was outside playing the claw stuffed animal game during a rush! a guy behind us got his food before us, our fries were cold the gravy was cold the famous “ lucy burger” didn’t have hardly any cheese inside and was very tough to eat the chicken tenders were very greasy we used to love coming here and heard word of mouth it was the best burger which used to be true, but man we are so disappointed now!
Food was great. Best burger I've had there in a while. Service though needs improving. It does not take 25 min to cook 2 hamburgers and fries. Be more attentive to the customers that have ordered to go and are waiting on their food. They want it hot to.
Best food I've ever had the privilege of tasting. A great environment for the whole family and excellent service. Food took a little long but I was told it's because everything is made fresh and Cook to Order. Excellent beer selection as well, 10/10
