Had a great time:) Delicious Steaks! & food!
I was happy to see this location is open for lunch. Some locations do not open until four. The steaks can be a hit or miss at any location. Sometimes they are delicious, sometimes they are okay. Mine was okay this time around. The ribs were surprisingly flavorful and tender. I may start switching up my order. Never the less, the price is fair and we’re all here for the cinnamon butter and the fresh hot rolls ( Pillsbury Doughboy giggle)
Very busy Sunday evening. Servers kept their cool. But the young lady we had, I can't remember her name (it was very pretty. It sounded like a Hawaiian flower, but she said it was Hispanic.) Was absolutely AWESOME. As busy as they were, she didn't miss a beat. Got our orders quickly. Fast service from the kitchen. Everything was correct. I just realized, That was our 1st trip back since well over a year ago. The last time we went it was a horrible train wreck. It seems like the entire restaurant has turned around since our last trip. We used to go about once a week at least. I'm glad to see it's backup to its former standards and we're hoping to come back soon.
This has always been my family’s favorite restaurant in Baytown. Unfortunately, after our visit last night, it will be pretty hard to convince us to return. Our waitress tried every attempt to up charge and get the bill as high as she could, I understand that this is normal to try to push it, but the lengths she went to were disgusting. I mean suggesting EVERYTHING, bacon bits on everything, avocado, sides of shrimp.. we got 3 kids meals and of course she gave our little one a kids drink, but tried to charge us $6 for large beverages for our 7 year old and 12 year old (when they got kids meals that come with a drink). Our appetizer was cold. And I know this part isn’t her fault but when y’all advertise gift cards during the holidays that “come with additional free gift cards” don’t make them ultimately just COUPONS, I won’t be buying gift cards as gifts again for this reason.
great atmosphere and great food
Medallions cooked so tender. Green beans with ham broth and smoky bacon. Waitress Jennifer very knowledgeable and provided great service. Staff line dances when Texas Roadhouse song plays. You KNOW you're in TEXAS!!
Late night 9 pm Thursday, very packed 15 to 20 minute wait for a table. Extremely dirty floor where we were seated including knife under our table and fork under the table next to us. The food was good except for under cooked burger. Ordered Well Done and it was still pink inside. Wait staff was excellent very friendly and on top of things as far as service!

Train servers and cooks. Stopped in to eat this evening with family and what a disaster!! Out of 3 Sirloin steaks not one was cooked correctly. The well done steak was so overcooked it was hardly even edible, the med-well steak was more of a rare- medium, and the medium steak was well done. Absolutely no butter on any of the 3 baked potatoes. We had to request butter for the rolls and ask a manager to get the server to take our order after waiting and waiting. Never ever had these problems at another location!! I ordered delivery from this location twice during covid and both times everything was wrong and half of it was missing. I thought dining in would be better, nope, no better!!
The wait time was crazy however worth it when the food arrived. The steak was cooked to perfection with a ton of flavor. Veggies were a bit bland but when dipped in the steak seasoning - perfect. Our waitress was friendly and attentive with a great attitude considering one of our party guest was giving her a hard time about the seating. She took it like a champ. Will definitely be returning!
