Terrible! All around terrible. I usually do not review bad service or product but this was so bad. We ordered the street tacos…..they are as small as jack in box tiny tacos with half the meat. Took 30 minutes to get our food and clearly it was not fresh. Do not recommend at all

I used DoorDash 2x this week to get breakfast from here. Each time multiple items have been missing. It’s ridiculous. Even when I go to drive thru the customer service is horrible! The little kids that work there have no communication skills. They just nod their head yes or no like idiots who can’t speakDo better!

Baytown location is the worst location ive been to. Tried to get a quesadillia without onions and they said it is not pissible. Even though i had one last week at the TC in Huntsville. My Order from the Baytown location was wrong, tried charging me the wrong price(actually 1/2 of my order cost), then had to ask how does my large order of chips and queso not come with chips. With a straight face she had to ask her manager. Get food home missing a taco and the jalapeno salsa i specifically requested. Id rather sign up for experimental lobotomies than return to this location

Talk about disappointing, no beans, I was sad when the brisket taco went away but now no salsa bar. I get since the pandemic the standards have lowered, but it took forever to get a dry bland quesidilla asked for salsa never saw her again. There was only one other table so I'm confused as to why it took so long. I used to love taco cabana, but this was strike three. I rarely nearly never give a one star review. Normally I choose to not review at all if I can't be positive, but really three times of disappointment.

This was a wierd experience. The girl at the front counter was doing her best as it was her first day. No one was helping her at all and it seems they failed to train her but she was still nice and helpful. The kitchen however was terrible. Guy before us had sent his order back 3 times and was still wrong. Our order took much longer than ever before. They were not even close to being busy either. What I could see and hear was loud and obnoxious goofing around in the kitchen. Basically the only person really working was the poor girl upfront with no real help.

I drive by 1 in baytowm. I don't eat their at all. Have not ate their in over 8 months. Besides their food is not all that good. Its half portions and twice the price. The one in north shore was bad. So next time went to Pasadena. Absolutely pitiful.

Ordered breakfast through drive thru and ordered a breakfast plate. The potatoes were burnt. Didn't receive everything. Didn't get salsa nor was asked if we wanted any. The wait at the window was over 10 minutes and had cars lined up behind passed the intercom.

Wouldn’t recommend. I went here on feb 20, around 1:30 and it wasn’t busy at all and we ordered and the girls working here had a attitude like we did something to them. Regardless of how their day is going, you don’t have to be rude to others. Once we pull up to pay, she just walked away for around 4 mins and like I said it was not busy at all, so we just left.

Placed an order on the app and waited 40+ minutes for our food. Staff kept saying it was almost ready for 20 minutes. The food we got was practically inedible. Chips were old and chewy and the enchiladas were a rubbery texture, also clearly made with old tortillas. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the sauce completely missing on one order and the shredded chicken missing on the other order.Also, because we placed the order through the app, we can't get a refund until someone decides to answer the phone at the TC customer service #. Really terrible customer service all around.Either put up the $ to hire better staff and buy fresh ingredients at this location, or just shut it down.

The place was not busy as it was 2:30pm, so we stopped in as we've not been to this restaurant before! We were excited for the margaritas and tacos, like a fast food chili's of sorts!(that's how we saw it) well, walking in we were greeted awesomely and enthusiastically! But, as we orders we're told the margarita machine was down and that was a big bummer. But they had Dos Equis and that made up for it, them we walk into the dinning area to find tables not cleaned and food and trash all over the floor. At 258pm I asked for my money back as we never received our food, and the clerk got an attitude when I asked why he ignored me as I waited at the the register for 10 minutes for some one to come up to me. Stay away from the place, so let down and had such high hopes.
