On my in from Lake Charles...the drive through announced that they were out of beans and beef. I ordered a chicken type burrito for a total of appx $5 n change. When I got back to the Freeway I discovered the food was never given to me hot...there is no way the chicken would be cold that quick. She told me I was the last customer...my take it if you scrapping up food to sell, it needs to be your best. I paid full price and I deserve full quality. This was early Monday near 1am.
Rude! While taking my order the women on the intercom started coughing deeply and forcefully loudly. I thought maybe it was the customer because I would have canceled my order right there. However, when I got to the window I was met with A large very pale white woman as the Cashier glaring at me and another large very pale white woman worker staring behind her at me. She never greeted me but did Make it a point to make me notice she was looking at me with disgust. She was visibly upset and then shoved the order to me when I reached to grab it. She Did Not Give me my receipt, probably so I wouldn't report her.Too Late!! This all was occuring while the other fat woman was looking too with anger. They need to look at themselves and get out of Customer Service. No one's tolerating that horrible lack of respect for the customers. No receipt no problem. still reported for unprofessionalism, bad hygiene and clear bigotry.
We were going to dine in but ended up taking it to go because there was a homeless man in there going through the trash getting partially eaten food and drinks and taken them to his table and eating whatever was left. My husband and I was going to buy him food and a drink and then he started flipping out so we took our food and went home and ate it. The food had no flavor to it, our soft tacos barely had anything in them and the edges were hard as a rock.
The steak was bland, the avocado and sour cream was watery, and the rice was overcooked. There is nothing about the steak bowl that I liked. Will not be returning!!! Ever!!! Lol :)
Place is awful. It's dirty, they couldn't get any customer orders right. We watched four different people get their money back because they had waited so long.
We had more gas than we have ever had before. I wonder if the ground beef has TVP in the mix. We also had bean burritos, which are known gas producers but this was an explosion of gas. Won't be going back there.
Service took forever in the drive thru and the food they put out isn't presentable it looked like it was pit together by a toddler.. this was however the first time that I have had any complaints
It was one of the best visits that I've had for a LONG time. Nichole made my food EXACTLY like I love it! The manager Miss Mary, was awesome! When I told her that this wasn't a complaint call, I could hear the relief is her voice!The public should definitely TELL them, these people they did a GOOD job. They are the one's that Care and are grateful to be doing whatever they are doing. We need more people like that in our world.❤
I just started going here again after a long hiatus. The food is great, and I really like the new automated order kiosk. I go here once a week at least it seems like, so I really enjoy the food. The staff is nice, but my only complaint is, is no one is really at the counter. So, if you choose to pay cash, you have to wait, or get someone's attention just to pay, which only delays your order being processed. Otherwise, no complaints.
Worst experience ever here just moved to Baytown and every time I’ve gone here I have a terrible experience! Employees are rude don’t explain to you what’s going on for example if you are busy just say we are busy please be patient instead they just don’t answer at all and leave you waiting for ever, then I realized the workers where taking a smoke break outside while drive thru was packed!!! I asked what happened and said lobby is closed that’s all they would say they wouldn’t answer any of my questions and of course I left!
