Make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive thru. Twice now they have told me "it was all there" and when I checked, it wasn't. Knocking on the locked door gets you attitude because they want you to get back in the drive thru line. No thanks, line is always long at night. Not waiting another 15 to 20 mins to go back thru the drive thru to correct YOUR mistake after I already waited 30 mins just to order. They need to slow down to ensure accuracy.
If I can give this place a minus four stars I would everytime I come here food is cold the lines are long the employees are rude I always seem to give them another chance but the outcome is always the same. I believe you should treat people time and the person the way you would like to be treated and this place is always bad. I'm just one person but I will not go to this place again
They put my nacho fries sideways and pointed down in my bag so thet they all immediately fell out when I checked the bag. Then they looked at and spoke to me like I was crazy when I complained. Food is no different than other taco bell locations, but the service kinda sucks.
Takes the fast out of fast food. Literally the manager must have brain damage. Takes 45 minutes to get from ordering to the drive thru window because they can't even do a normal taco in less than half an hour, even when the inside is closed. This location should be demolished, or all staff should be fired and replaced.
This branch is probably the worst. The service is REALLY, EXTREMELY slow. It takes about 15 minutes for one person to be served. They won’t even get your order right. It is a waste of time and money to go to this branch.
This is purely cheaper. This has no “ground meat” it’s disgusting it’s just cheese!!!!
Do not eat here absolutely disgusting and take absolutely way to long to fulfill orders. I was waiting for a door dash order for 40 minutes and while waiting they had employee that was making the tacos that would pull his phone out with the same gloves he was handling food with. He would text on his phone then put it back in his pocket and go back to handling food. Asked manager on how long food would take and they had no clue. If your a food delivery service I wouldn’t take orders from here they are always extremely long waits and waste of time.
They gave us a regular soft taco but charged us for a soft taco supreme (we ordered the Supreme). Also, I've been through there and other locations lately. They've been out of mild sauce. I wonder why? Look at my pictures and you should understand.

Soggy Tacos and it almost takes an act of congress to get the sauces that you include on your order. This was not the best taco bell I've ever visited. I'm just being honest hopefully they'll get it together. Also I noticed there is a health warning on mobile app that some foods may cause cancer and reproduction problems so I will definitely take that under consideration. Just my thoughts!
