The people that work there are friendly, Curtis and polite

I went through the drive through and waited so drove up to the window. Three young men were sitting around doing nothing and when one saw me waiting, he ran to the back. Floor was littered with trash. Usually the one on Rollingbrook is pretty clean and fast. Was very disappointed with this subway! Sandwich was horrible and thrown together. So much mayo!

I stopped coming because service had been terrible a couple months back. I decided to stop by again as I am a vegetarian so my menu is limited. The employees that have been there have been AMAZING ?! From customer service, making my sandwiches Exactly the way I ask them. Not yo mention the young lady that already knows my order and is nice enough to change out her gloves every time I go in. I’m NOT A FAN OF Cross contamination WITH meat. NO MEAT AT ALLL FOR ME! so thank you guys so much for being so awesome every time I keep going. Today I stopped by for a dozen of cookies and omg they are freaking delicious!

I stopped to grab the sandwich on my way to my next job. Everything was great up until we got to the point of putting the vegetables on my sandwich. The guy is helping the gentleman in front of me while a fly crawls all over my sandwich. I told him I'm going to need a new sandwich because there's a fly all over mine and he proceeded to just pull off the cheese throw it away. He then reached back into the Ben to get more cheese with the same glove he just handled the contaminated food with and tried to keep making my sandwich. I politely told him no thank you and walked out and left

I usually like subway, and this one is near to my home, but today I was disappointed in my experience. I had ordered a sandwich for pickup after my workout, and I came in at the time it was supposed to be ready, saw they weren’t done yet, and so I waited. No rush, I’m a pretty patient person. However, when I waited at the register after seeing they were finished, I asked the employee if these were for “Marisa” even though I was 100% sure they were mine. She ignored me, I thought okay, maybe she just didn’t hear me. However, some door dash employee stood up, waited behind me, and before even acknowledging ME, she spoke to HIM. She tried to give him my sandwiches, and I repeatedly told her, “no those are mine. I am Marisa.” To which she quickly snatched the sandwiches behind the counter so I couldn’t reach them. Only now that I was upset had she decided to listen to me, and that is when I spoke very loudly again stating that I was Marisa, and those were my sandwiches. I used to work in food service, and I still work in customer service, so I know how tough it can be, but completely ignoring me, and choosing to speak to the person behind me is plain rude. I don’t get upset easily, but this really baffled me. I will order from another subway IF I ever decide to again. Btw, it was an older Hispanic woman. I didn’t get a chance to read her name tag or else I would have specifically named her so that management can address the problem.

Friendly people,clean bathrooms and dining area.

A little slow but the food was good and fresh.

Great service Great food the one on main I'm going to start coming to this one . The place very clean. The one on Garth always out of bread. they take care of drive through before inside customers there always overwhelmed. The one one main got it Together!

Seems the toppings are limited. I guess its lots of the popular ones

Cucumbers were old and instead of getting fresh vegetables. She said that is all they had... not the friendly-ist staff...
