Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Service is extremely slow. Placed a mobile order with the app. Guy at the window had zero clue what our order was. He asked us 4 times about our order and it was still wrong. Coffee was cold, and wrong! Didn’t have items that we ordered and getting a refund on those items was apparently as difficult as moving a mountain. Will not ever stop at this location again.

I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country. Sometimes the wait is long but I have always gotten amazing tasting refreshers that tasted the same. Yesterday I order mango dragonfruit and strawberry refresher through the drive thru. When she handed me the drink, it didn’t not taste right at all. My initial opinion was that tasted super sour. I had them re make it. The woman apologized and explained. Girl was training. The new ones Initially tasted sweeter so I drove away. As I’m sipping I realize it tastes like water with some fruit in it. Still disgusting just a bit sweeter. WHY ON EARTH did she have the same girl who clearly doesn’t know how to make the drink yet remake the new ones! I’m furious. Nasty. Don’t ever go here

The coffee is always great, but half the time, there is an issue, like for example, cash only, they didn't have chips for my cookie crumble and stuff like that

Ordered a caramel macchiato, waited in the street bc the line was so long and slow. By the time I got my drink, I take a sip and it’s steamed milk. I’m very disappointed by the wait and the quality at this location. When I came in, I did get a refund quickly and kindly but I lost a solid 30 min of my morning in line.

After placing a mobile order, I showed up to the location which was clearly busy. I waited for 5 minutes to see if my mobile order would be ready before approaching whom I assume is a manger judging by how obnoxious he was. I told him I had a mobile order I had place 15 minutes prior his response I don’t have it yet but I’ll get to it. I went back to wait now being here for more than 20 minutes and observed as another lady approached him and asked where her order was at he gave her the same spill, I’ll get to it. Which she responded that she had to go to cancel the order. At that point this gentleman said you know what I’ll make your order right now ma’am and proceeded to make her order on the spot. The lack of common courtesy is outrageous. I’d hate to say it’s because I’m Hispanic and she was white but with this day and age I wouldn’t be surprised. If you offer a service on your app to order a drink ahead of time, to just pop in and grab it without having to waste time of your day, you should make sure you follow through. We are all busy we all have places to be, I will make sure I don’t come back to this location.

First and last time ever stopping. Black coffee only drinker. Probably shouldn't have stopped there for sure never again. Plain Starbucks black coffee taste worse than McDonald's. Not impressed!

It's an alright starbucks but the traffic sucks. People just dont get how to line up for drive thru

They never have items in stock and their attitudes need improvement I avoid this Starbucks at all cost because it’s always a bad experience here.

I've tried giving this location several opportunities. I always place my mobile order in advance and twice now I've waited over 40 min once I got to the location. But times I've had to leave to get to work. Tried calling Starbucks customer service for refund but I was #1,300 in queue. Really need option to refund by store or app.
