Always great food. I understand busy, but the last 2 times here, after checking in, at a stall for orders placed on the app, & a long wait, my orders have been wrong in some fashion. Then an even longer wait to get the orders corrected.Conciseness, accuracy, and swiftness matter to this type of retail business in the slow times just as much as in busy times.
This store has a staggering incompetency they gave my order to the wrong person and then they took an additional 30 minutes to make the correct order even though I only had like two items also they didn't have any slushies or ice cream or anything what kind of Sonic doesn't have slushies this whole place should just be bulldozed to the ground that's how terrible it is
I visited a couple of times before posting this review.Totally stinks. They have the highest prices out of all the area sonics. Do not stop at this sonic. Go on down i-10 to the Garth road sonic. Or any other sonic in the area. Business is dirty. Most of the stalls do not work. Which is very frustrating. The menu boards are beat up. And half of them are broken/bent. The employees don't seem to care if you're there or not. This wasn't from them being busy. I was the only car there. Parking lot is dirty. Just pass by. The food as well as the drinks are not worth your time, but specially not worth your money.
Is it "REALLY " customers always right??? It took long enough to get order of tator tots and two drinks. For the most of the dislike was the cashier questioned me about my drink I ordered. She hands me two straws one drink and the tots. But has to look at the screen, receipt, and look/asked are you sure I didn't give you your drink already...Hmm makes me wonder about people like that.
Driest burger of my life on top of being cold. And the popcorn chicken was the small hard bits of breading. No wonder why it was dead there.
Place is bullcrap hadn't eaten all day. Go here just to seat in line for 30 mins and not get no food why have 2 lanes if your only gonna have one person on window
Very slow! They rerouted everyone to the drive-thru. Waited 15 mins for a strawberry limeade and a slush ??♀️
This sonic is by far the worst one ever. Over 40 min for someone to attend me thru the drive thru. When I get to the window the cashier is literally crying saying she is stressed out because it’s only her and a trainee working. Food was all cold and when I ask for a refund she didn’t even know how to do that. Just sad ??♂️ .. I wouldn’t even give this place a one star unfortunately in order to post I have to. SMH
Typically everything is great here. Get my Happy Hour all the time! But.... What do you think about this corndog? ? ?
Took 20 minutes for 2 drinks and there were no other customers. Drinks were not to Sonic's quality...tbh
