Very friendly service and best burgers I’ve had in a long time.
I really think they are trying to improve here. The people seem more friendlier. I refuse to go to a fast food place that move you like cattle in a line. It’s important the employees are people persons. They care a lot more about the customers. Keep up the improving! Everyone that had a bad experience ( even me) should come back and try again!
Worst burger that I have ever had. Cold and the meat on the burger was black! Never coming to this Sonic again.
The tart tots were more like hash browns. The needed a fork to eat them. The burger was horrible, looked burnt around the edges and the pattie itself looked closer to a hockey puck. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've had bad food from Sonic and not just from this location. It's always the burger because that's what I mostly get. Sometimes their great & other times their awful. This just happened to be one of those times ?
Decent food fast. Not quite WhatABurger but at least the line here moves. Good shakes and Tater Tots...
Had been awhile after getting bad buns at another Sonic at 77562. This Sonic serves great onion rings pretty good fries (could be warmer) and ok burgers (too dried out, pre-made in warmer too long?). Very busy while there and fast service. Will go back to the 77521 Sonic.
On two occasions I've tried to order your new grilled cheese burger and was told they could make it for one reason or another. I was told the same thing today and I left mad. I understand two times this happening but three times. This is bad customer service. ?
Had dinner here one evening and everything was great and service was also very good. Can't go wrong with a burger and one of those delicious shakes.
When you go to sonic be prepared to repeat yourself 5 times at least. The speaker box at the drive thru at all sonics are just garbage. Please sonic management if your reading this please get new speaker boxes
Breakfast sandwich taste burnt Sweet T's nasty burrito full of liquid cheese little else. Worst 16$ meal ever.
