Worst service ever!!! Me and my husband went thru the drive thru and asked for two #2's woth easy mayo which is the super sonic combos with large tots! The girl on the intercom asked if we would like to make the whole order a large, I said yes. She reads the order back to me 2 large #2 with easy mayo, and tots, a large sweet tea and a large lemonade. I said correct and she gave me the total. I get to the window and give her my credit card, she then proceeds to hand me 2 medium drinks, which I said no those are not large drinks she say no your ti kit says medium, then she hands me the bag and it has 2 medium fries! ? I told her that wasn't right either. She looks at me like I was crazy as I was handing her the bag back! We get ready to drive off and look in the bag and of course what's in there 2 medium tots. We just gave up and left. We will not be going there ever again. The sad part is that they weren't even that busy to have messed up the order.
Everytime I come to this location the ice cream machine is down, I do not understand how this is a constant problem! The employees are rude! Came yesterday asked for a large loaded tot the girl rudely said what, there isn’t a button for loaded anymore… WHAT! Then I asked for the Big red float couldn’t get that because the ice cream machine was down. Got to the window paid didn’t receive a receipt, ordered a large loaded tot received a regular and the shake overflowing like it was no big deal that it was leaking all in my car! When asked for napkins she had attitude. Absolutely unexceptable but I couldn’t participate in the survey because I wasn’t given a receipt and also couldn’t confirm if I was charged for a large tot that I did not receive which I’m assuming I was due to the high total.
Was picking up an order through doordash and the woman who helped me with a very kind and helpful and gave me my order quick and accurate
1/21/22 Heard we be getting the ice storm of '22. God keep our lights on. And for this one, I hope they close. I'm sitting in my car and can only imagine how challenging it must be for the staff trying to deliver and the winds are damn near pushing them on the ground. Food was good but dayum...they probably feeling the worst of it.
I can never get a response when I park and use the call button. I always have to go through the drive thru window.
Great place, but takes a little longer than the app/board says. Does not take away from the quality... Just SEEMS like forever when waiting...
The food is good got the new Frito burrito and the Buttery Garlic Cheese Burger, they were good. Would recommend them to anyone.
A gazillion times better than the Highlands location. The All-American Coney with Chili and Cheese added was hot and delicious ?. The order was done and delivered under 4 minutes. Yes, I timed it.
This place has to be one of the slowest sonic I been to. It easily take a hour after pressing the button before I hear from someone. This is not just a one time thing, this happen multiple times.
I had two separate orders and the drive thru operator was very patient and kind. She repeated my order and explained what originally comes on the bacon cheeseburger so that neither one of us would be confused preceding the next order. At the window they lost a ticket, but did a quick recovery and we were exceptionally happy with our food. One of the burgers which was mine was missing mustard and tomato, but I never complained because of the positive service I encountered. I have worked food service so I have compassion and understanding unless it was a dire mess up. ? They conducted theirselves very well.
