Y'all, the damn kolache has a whole smoked sausage in it. And not no bs sausage. It's super good. Can't even eat 2 of em. Are they on a different level? Nah, they on a different planet. Excellent job.
To be honest..the place is not worth it Btch has attitude doesn't let u finish ordering and alot of flies chilling with the donuts place is no BUENO....
The food is good but they hardly ever have what you want and the women at the window can be so moody. It also takes forever, so don't go In a rush
I’ve lived in Baytown for 60 years and for the first time, I had bad food from Snowflake. VERY DISHEARTENING!! The kolaches were cold and stale and the doughnuts were dry and greasy with glaze that was all in the box by the time I got home. I guess all good things must come to an end. I never thought I would remove Snowflake from my “Must Have” list of Baytown things for visitors to experience.
Their customer service is excellent and we appreciate your drive thru service very accurate in all the orders and your positive attitude is just excellent. Thank you for giving us good drive thru service.
Good but miss the old recipes! New owner is nice, nice staff.
The place has gone down hill so much since switch of owners. The food used to be good. Donuts fluffy, Kolachi's were tasty. After waiting in line for 5 minutes per car I get cold food and my daughter loves kolachis and what ever they switched to in the meats swells her lips up. It's ridiculous now.
Very nice staff. I ordered food one day, something like donut holes, coffee and kolaches. When I got home the kolaches weren't in the bag and I just figured she didn't hear me and wasn't sure if I paid for them. I went back there recently and they remembered me and apologized that they forgot my kolaches and ended up making it right. Food is good, prices fair. Love this place.
Great but need to have coconut and maple and nut doughnuts.
This place has truly gone down hill. I’ve given it several chances the past few months and you get the same left over kolaches and donut holes from the day before. Definitely no longer made fresh, the bread is COLD AND STALE, not to mention hard. My kids won’t even eat the donut holes from there, they take a bite and say they’re hard and cold. AT LEAST, ask if we want clearance or discounted items from the night before. Having to pay full price for cold, hard gross kolaches is not right! I have attached pics of the dried up kolaches we get every time now. Look at how old that cheese looks, and the bread clearly looks stale. Waste of $20-30 every time we go. Never again!
