Rude as hell! The new woman working the front counter doesn’t know how to do her job! Distasteful and too lazy to manually type in card details. Terrible manager and horrible workers!

Haven't been to a Shipley's in over 8 years, since I had moved to the midwest. Missed the delectable donuts and kolaches--couldn't find anything near to the same quality and range of flavors to compare with Shipley's.

Midday, the quality of everything in the store really drops. Donuts are more stale and cold, coffee is burnt from a long spell in the pot. Maybe it's better early in the morning, but they do not make any effort to supply customers with fresh products after that.
