Price of food has gone up like everything else these days butâ¦..quality of food has gone down. Our filets were tough and hard to chew. They havenât gotten the order correct the last two times we have been there and neither time was it the wait staffâs fault. We do not have many choices here in Baytown but right now IMO Outback and Roadhouse have better quality food than Saltgrass and I am a Landryâs fan.
Absolutely horrible service!!!! I made a reservation for 3:45 we got there on time and had to wait 30 min for a table even though I made a reservation for a party of 5. We immediately ordered drinks appetizers and our food we wait 30 min for 2 appetizers and 2hr and 30 min for our food.We decided to just pay for the appetizers and leave so we asked for the manager and he was rude to us and instead of just being us the check he tried to bring out the food and apologize after we told him we just wanted our checks for the appetizers and drinks after sitting there waiting for another 30min for the checks the waiter finally brought them out and we left also the whole time we were there the waiter had only came to our table twice.
Ribeye was perfectly cooked and full of flavor! Everything was very good.
We went for a family dinner of 10 for my husbands 45th birthday. The food was delicious, our server was amazing but the music was SO loud in there it was hard to talk to each other at the table.
Fatherâs Day
Busy place on Father's Day but Jake, our server, was great and attentive!
Our experience started out great but right before our meal came out we were forced to move tables into a crowed dining room because a private party was coming in and they apparently took priority over us.Then when my steak came out it was under cooked.The manager simply shrugged his shoulders and said they shouldn't have sat us there and walked away.The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the server was attentive and the restaurant was clean.

The whole experience was excellent. Just what we needed.
