Visited this restaurant on 5/21/22 @ 9:00 PM. My waiter named Patty was not catering at all. We had to ask multiple servers for lime and they would reply saying they will inform my waiter yet no one ever came. They were several staff there and no one asked us to refill our drinks nor to pick up the plates from our table that we were done with.
Mom and I went for a little post mother's day treat. Our waiter/server (TJ) was fantastic, got our order in quickly, promptly had our drinks at the table and the basket of biscuits was never empty, always a steaming fresh few in there just begging me to devour them. TJ was well spoken, super professional and proficient with the menu items and how best to order what we wanted. He also has a deep and powerful voice, should be broadcasting or narrating anything at all, because people would listen. Morgan Freeman has a new contender for voice overs, and he could probably cover the bassy vocals of "chocolate rain" that even Tay Zonday would thumbs up. Thanks again TJ, and keep up the great work! The coconut shrimp are so delicious here, and the new bacon Mac n Cheese was seasoned perfectly! Excellent new addition to their already strong sides. I made my own feast and paired the coconut shrimp with the classic scampi. However, as is customary at Red Lobster, they filled me up on those steaming fresh cheddar biscuits and strawberry lemonade so I of course only ate half of the meal and brought the rest home for dad to enjoy. 5 out of 5 stars, this location does things efficiently and operates like a well coached sports team. Kudos!
Always enjoyable! This was Mom’s favorite place before she went to be with the Lord. I’m also a fan of your salmon & Brussels sprouts. ??
My husband and I went there for a date night dinner. Our server Porshe was amazing. I told my husband I hope she works every night when we go there because I would request her section. We both ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and it was so yummy. The mozzarella cheese sticks were yummy as well. And you can never go wrong with their biscuits. Mmmm Mmmm good.
The service was great. The food was wonderful. We made it an all you can eat visit. The price, considering all of what we ate , was really affordable. The lobster tails were amazing. The shrimp cocktails featured enormous shrimp. The Brussel Sprouts were made in a very interesting way, and were unexpectedly very delicious. Our server was very reliable and polite. Overall, a 10 of 10.
Everything we got was actually really good. The snow crab stood out since they had a good amount of meat and were not skinny n thin. Will be going back
Soo sad to see another restaurant failing.. Let me Begin by saying last night was disappointing. Soo many ceiling tiles missing that we were just stairing up at AC material. Poor waiter running around out of breath. No tea refills, we finally stop the guy to ask for husbands salad. The owner needs to have some pride in this establishment, but it seems the employees were doing their best. Of course people quit when you work them like this!
The Service was great and the food was better than expected. The restaurant need some money put into it. Ownership has let the restaurant decline. landscape, parking lot, tiles in the ceiling needs to be replaced, I am sure if we dig deeper could find more. Red Lobster is the only restaurant left on that side of I-10 in that area....Like I said the staff and food are holding it together. The price was average.....The restaurant needs some TLC for sure.....
There was no carbonated drinks, only water and lemonade so I ordered a frozen margarita, and got one on the rocks, but i didnt say anything just went ahead and drank it, so then i ordered a frozen one and was told they had no more tequilla.....then the lobster bisque tasted like nacho cheese soup, so that was disgusting then I ordered a shrimp scampi but its just shrimp in butter?? No noodles! WHAT? lol Then to top it off they gave me this old dry lettuce in my burger as the waitress took about 15 min to bring me my water after reminding her several times and even had a table next to us walk out after they waited so long after ordering their food that they were gone before their drinks even came out, cant blame them. One of the most terrible dining experiences of my life. Wont make the mistake of coming here anymore
Used a Christmas gift card, the server was kind and efficient. Food great. Prices a bit high for lunch but worth the experience.
