Great and brand new location, very clean, good customer service, food was fast and fresh. Keep up the good work.
Love my raising canes but for some reason this location jacked up the prices sky high and cut the chicken fingers in half to chicken nugget size. Won't be going back to this location.
Ordered the 3 piece box combo. Boy was that a mistake. Opened the box and looked more like a kids meal. So basically I showed up hungry and left hungry. Seems like their chicken strips are half what they used to be. At $8.69 for the box I think me and Kanes are parting ways. So disappointed.
This places is amazing & the lovely ladies always give me my food extra crispy and hot hope they keep it this way. Also everyone is always so sweet. ?
Restaurant was very very clean. Employees were really nice. Friendly. Food was hot. I'm just not a big fan of their food. Chicken doesn't have much taste. They're expecting you to like their sauce to dip it in. Drink station was clean. Drink was good. They have the little pebble ice. French fries are good. Love their fries. It is a little bit expensive.
I have dined in and done the drive through at this location. Both are very quick. The inside of the resteraunt is clean. The staff are kind. The staff handling drive through are young and super friendly , they seem to be having a good time while at work. I enjoy seeing their smiles. The chicken and fries are predictable and good. This location is great if you are in a rush and want some yummy fried chicken.
Food was good- but the consistency has gone down. It seems like they’re trying to stretch their food costs by slicing the chicken smaller because we were given all mini chicken strips that were laughable, but tasty. Normally a box combo I’m full from two strips and save the others as a snack later, unfortunately this time was not the case. Get it if you’re hungry, but there’s better places around ☺️
The service was good, nice clean atmosphere very chill. Friendly staff and very timely on food. The lack of more items on the menu was a let down. And chicken was okay not very flavorful. And they need better fries tasted like bargain brand grocery store frozen fries.
Love canes, it's always great chicken and their sauce is delicious. The only reason I did 4 stars was because every time we go they don't mark the drinks or give us the wrong sized drinks. Not a huge deal to me but others maybe ?
This location could use a bit more spunk in customer service. Compared to other locations. It's not bad , I've just become accustomed to the energy from other locations and look forward to leaving with it. Other than that food is great, no wait time. Let's PUMP IT RC TEAM.
